This is a case of a first love gone horribly wrong. They played together as kids, dated in high school. Kwame married Carlita because she got pregnant, he was with Christine even then. The families pressured the couple to get married because at the time his mom and aunt were both high profile figures at the time. Christine went on to marry and have kids with her husband, but they never stopped the affair, it has existed through the years. If Carlita divorced Kwame over this he would be married to Christine before the ink was dry on the divorce papers. Christine, Kwame and I have known each other for years.
