Eva and her boyfriend celebrate the Compound’s Grand Finale last night.
Most of Atlanta knows that the Compound closed its doors last night to make way for the new Vision nightclub. If you’re in the ATL you know that Vision was the crown jewel of Atlanta nightlife before it shut down in 2006. A host of celebs made their way to the Compound for the Grand Finale hosted by Frank Ski (V-103 Morning Show) including Akon, Eva the Diva, Keisha Knight Pulliam, Jazze Pha, Bu, Young Jeezy and more.

Standing in line at ANY club is WACK!!! Cold or hot as h***! That is one of the problems in Atlanta, they advertise EVERY club on the radio… Lines everywhere
Oh at first I thought that was Akon in the pic with Eva!! Then I saw the pic of the guy from House of Payne & read someones comment of it being him, they look cute together I almost cried when she won ANTM wasn’t she the first sista to win that show??!! Am I the only one that see’s Rudy Huxtable everytime I see a pic of Keisha I still can’t believe she’s grown it’s crazy cause I still watch ol Cosby show reruns!

I did not like Club Vision. It had too many stuck up people and a bunch of short dudes. Compound was too expensive and the line was ridiculous. I guess I’m getting too old to be going out lol.

I felt the same way Natural. Been to Visions one time for my 33rd birthday, and I felt I was too old then. At 36, I definitely will not be going. However, it’s good for the young/partying crowd that they’ll have yet another club to go to-lol.

I must have been under a rock I had no clue they were closing. I used to frequent the compound back in 2004 when nobody really knew about it. But I guess that’s cool making way for bigger things.
I went there years ago..I stood in line so long(in february) my legs were frozen..good thing someone passe dby and carried me in..lol..Eva is my girl the most successful of the winners to date.they make a very very cute couple

I went out around the same time in February, I think Mario was a guest at the club (Compound), but I wish I wouldve known you need to pack food and water for the lines, cuz by the time the line moved it was an hour later and I was ready to go home and I never went back.
i like the velvet room better than compound (less line, easier parking, better location)…owned by the same person…Alex Gidewon, or however you spell it. Eva’s boyfriend is Lance Gross from the House of Payne. He is about 27, they have been dating for about a year now. He has a movie coming out in Febr. with Angela Bassett and Rick Fox, Meet the Browns, he plays a youngn in that. When the interview is edited that we did I’ll give yall more info about him….they do make a great couple, even in person…you can tell he totally adores her! So sweeeeeeeeeet!

Keisha (Rudy) is such a pretty young lady. I hear she’s a bitch to deal with and a weedhead to boot. Oh well! Eva’s boyfriend is nice looking. I’m so glad she’s decided NOT to follow the Hollywood trend, and is sticking with dating BLACK MEN!
