Queen of Dance, Ciara and other stars of the Hip Hop world came together yesterday for the 5th Annual Hip Hop Summit Action Network’s Action Awards. HHSAN was founded by Russell Simmons and Benjamin Chavis to sponsor voting initiatives among young African Americans. In its first three years, HHSAN registered one-half million new voters.
Ciara’s beautiful outfit is age appropriate. And her hair, which is always on point, is styled to perfection by Atlanta stylist, Ericka. Ciara continues her quest to find backup dancers for her upcoming tour this weekend in Miami, Florida.

Age appropriate? What does that mean? I was looking at it wondering if I’d ever have occasion to unbutton my shirt that far. The outfit look a little hoochie to me. That doesn’t mean that I don’t like it. The only place I’d wear it is to the club or Soul Train. CiCi’s hair is always on point. Now we have to work on her overall style.
