In an recent interview with Los Angeles radio station KJLH, George Daniels said:
“He crossed the line with my daughter. It didn’t get to the extreme of that [sex tape] video or else I wouldn’t be here, if you know what I’m talking about.”
“He denied it. He lied to me to my face. The reason that I’m talking abut this, it’s not just for me, it’s not for my wife, it’s not for my daughter (Maxine), but it’s for the public. In the eyes of the law he is a rapist. If a child is below a certain age then the law states that he or she can not legally consent to sex. Thus Mr. Kelly is a rapist. He’s also a predator. I remember reading an article when this all happened where it outlined the numerous times Mr. Kelly has done this. In the article it showed how Mr. Kelly would hang out at his old high school and had slept with a couple of young girls who attended the school. According to the article these girls were paid off. THus every time you purchase a R Kelly CD, pay for his concert tickets you are enabling Mr. Kelly to continue being a pedophile. Tmekio…that sounds good and all but the reality is you can’t be around your children 24/7. Even if you haven’t had a child, just being one at one time you know that. It’s a parents responsibility to teach their children and instill values in them but they can’t be around them all the time.
A child that gets taken advantage of by someone older and mature than them is not necessairly their fault and it doesn’t necessairly mean they’re fast. On top of that, some children do stray from the things they were taught…doesn’t mean their parents are bad for the way they turned out, although sometimes I know it is a reflection of their upbrining.
The point is, fast child or not, the law is designed to protect children from predators and not to protect predators from fast children. It’s that way for a reason.
I know I have seen and grown up with my fair share of “fast ass” girls, but you must understand that they are just that “girls” children that don’t have the skills of judgement that most adults have. Some grown azz women can’t tell when they have been fooled,used, or taken advantage of by grown men I don’t understand how we expect these girls to be able to make “solid” judgement on who to deal with. As someone stated above most of those fast girls learned that behavior from someone, and most of the girls I grew up with were molested by someone like an uncle, cousin, teacher, brothers friend, father, stepfather. They did not respect their bodies and thought that was the way to please older men or keep the attention of men that they really wanted as a father figure.
I remember wearing many questionable items as a middle schooler thinking I was looking cute, and that having breast made me grown. I look back and think of how stupid I was about certain things, how bad my judgement was of other people. I’m so glad that I had people around me that didnt take advantage of that difficult time in my life, as most girls will go through. Some of us have a strong family unit to put a stop to it while others don’t, it’s up to us adults to make sure that these “fast azz” children who need guidance (not dikk) arent’ blamed for not having the judgement of a grown woman when interacting with a grown man. I volunteer with an afterschool program that deals with inner city kids, most of these girls like to put on a front. Beneath that “fast azz” cover is usually someone in pain or in need of something that they have mistakenly used their sexuality to try and get.
