Janet Jackson gets her grown woman on with the April ’08 issue of Ebony magazine. We are definitely feeling the more age appropriate look for Janet. After 22 years, it’s time to grow up. And since JJ feels she has nothing more to prove, does this mean she will retire if Discipline flops?

It’s a shame ageism is very much alive here in America. In case anyone was wondering why celebs lie about their age, they are afraid of this type of ignorance, of people wanting to put them out to pasture. Now why the fuck should she retire if she’s still bringing it? And the only people denying she’s still bringing it are beyonce fans who are in her ass like a hemmroid! Janet is still beautiful, still just as creative, still can dance her ass off, so why would anyone even question that. It’s because our society discriminates by age, and extremely critical and judgemental for no fucking reason at all. It just makes no sense. Now the children may have a bit of an excuse in this department because of their youth, but to you old ass bitches on here questioning her, what’s your excuse?
