Rihanna takes London by storm!

If you thought our girl Rihanna was a big hit only in the U.S. – how wrong you were. Rihanna crossed the pond to perform at the BRIT Awards in London, England yesterday, and the British paparazzi went crazy! My spies tell me they’ve never seen anything like the pandemonium that erupted when RiRi appeared on the red carpet.

“They were pushing and shoving each other while screaming her name,” said my source. “I haven’t seen anything like it since Princess Diana was alive!”

Rihanna teamed up with British sensations the Klaxons to perform Rihanna’s “Umbrella” hit mixed with Klaxons’ hit “Golden Skans”. The response was so overwhelming that RiRi plans to release the song as a single. We’re so proud of her!

I really appreciate the close up hand and foot shot. I mean, since we are obsessed with celebs, I want to see it aaaall. I wish I could see more close ups when ppl are wearing OPEN toed shoes, though…

Doesn’t this sound like any typical event with any star involved? I don’t see anything out of the oridinary about this and it definitely doesn’t make Rihanna a better singer which everyone seems to forget about her. Like I said before, it’s funny how everyone talks about everything else surrounding Rihanna and not her singing when ultimately she’s supposed to be a singer.

I wish you could post some other pics from the event. I want to hear what the ladies think about Kelly Rowland’s dress. One blog said it was fly and another called it a feather duster. I’m undecded and wanted to see what other people thought. It is interesting to say the least.

I saw the that feather duster comment too. And I disagree. I think Kelly rocked that dress. It’s nice to see her out and about and doing her own thing. She def. needs to create her own image.

I’m not really feeling Rih’s dress, but that’s because I have an issue with overly shiney clothing, but the length is perfect for her. I never knew she had legs like that. Her stylist gets an A++++ for the length and cut of the dress.
