I spent a good 10 years working in beauty salons with openly gay men, and I’ll be honest - all that damn flaming worked my last nerve, and I now know more about gay sexual practices than I ever wanted to. But I met one of the sweetest, kind-hearted guys I’ve ever known in that environment. His name is Lewis, a fellow hairstylist, and he is/was HIV-positive (haven’t talked to him in a minute- hope he’s good). Re: B.Scott - I didn’t look at his posts on CL because I know how I respond to men who carry themselves in an overly-feminine manner - the same way I responded to Lew’s buddies at the shop. I wasn’t offended, but you can believe I was just SMH - ‘cuz I hurt for them in my heart. I’m still shakin’ my head, but I realize gay men have the right to be who they choose to be - just like straight men do.

@trulyposh….thanks for the accept, and except correction…it was simply rustiness, but I’m sure that gave you comfort in your comeback paragraph about nothing. Anyhoo…please point out in the sentence that you read underneath your post stating “Krysi same one says:” where i implied that you were a homosexual. Honey, It doesn’t matter what you are, if you need a blog anywhere on the NET not to mention one posted by a HOMOSEXUAL to help you ACCEPT who you are….then you are obviously in desperate need to do so, and i should hope, for your sake, that you are not a female looking for advice from such a resource.

This society is very strange.

It all boils down to good old fashion logic. That whole homo lifestyle is not logical to me.

Wow, the year 2008 and some black folks are kicking gays. Some are using the bible as the reason for it. Fruity? Really? Sick practices? Some are saying *they nasty* and they too much, that from a gay man, just wow. I love that we have freedom to speak our minds today as I need to be aware of where the hatred is and who has it. I could no more hate someone for who they love than I could hate someone for the color of their hair, eyes or skin. I was raised that way. By southern -bred baptist parents, who said, be loving in the world. Do not hate God’s creations.
I am just really disappointed tonight.

I think B. Scott was a little too much. On a biblical stand point, a gay life style is a sin and I truly believe that we should not be confusing our children. We have enough going on with the HIV/AIDS running rampant. Why do we need to openly throw in everyones face your fruity lifestyle? I think the owner of CL made the right choice. There are certains things you just don’t advise. As she learned the hard way, she obviously did not know here readers that well or she would have never started posting his blogs.

If you are gay and actually think it is okay biblically then that is your thing. if someone doesn’t like it, that doesn’t make them homophobic.

Get over it, if you choose to live your life a certain way deal with what comes with it! Most of my family, and friends don’t like my husband! Given the fact the=at he is MINE and I chose him…I could give a flying fluck!

I am not gay but I agree with him. There are those of us that judge people but we don’t like to be judged. I have family members that are gay, a few that are not openly. We know they are but they are not willing to be open becuase we have family members that will turn them away. If that is what makes you happy, by all means I am happy for you. I just wish that everyone can have the same views.

If you consider it ignorant to agree with the bible on this issue, then so be it. When the bible changes it’s viewpoint on HOMOSEXUALITY, then i will follow suit. Until then, i totally disagree with that whole lifestyle. I mean b. scott, what is he claiming to be, a man, not yet a woman, what! I think he’s confused, he was born a man, but want’s to be a woman; he’s not accepting himself as the lord made him, instead he’s trying to alter it to justify that fact that he is sexually attracted to males. He’s not a woman, and will never be one in my book. Home boy is a DUDE, and refuses to accept that, and is giving out advice. He can’t give me advice until he get’s his house in order. And like i said, for those who like him, he has a internet site, please go there and you can watch until your little heart is content. But personally him and his kind makes me sick. God does not favor this type of behavior; it’s sick and twisted. He needs to fight these UNNATURAL urges instead of giving in to them.

And lets try and stay on topic, this is not a black/white/hispanic/asian/indian issue, it’s about homosexuality. I would feel the same way if b. scott were white, indian, or hispanic. I’m not sugar coating anything so that they can come clean about their secret desires. Whatever, everything that’s done in the dark will come to the light any how.

And you say you hope my man aint going over to see b. scott, well i certainly hope not too. But i won’t spend my lifetime worrying about it. That’s the chance all of us ladies, including you, by having a boyfriend or husband. So whatever, that was a silly argument. Next.

Sorry, honey, i have no sick practices. I don’t date people of the same sex. I’m not perfect, but i don’t willfully do things that i know God said is bad and deserving of death, and try to make excuses for it by saying i was born this way. Whatever, i’m so over this.

Most black men don’t like wearing condoms to begin with. To me that makes them a bunch of stupid nasty mofo’s. On top of that, they don’t like going to the doctor. What doesn’t make sense is why are they putting the people they love(including themselves) at risk for a piece of ass(literally)? Why not use condoms with them when you know you don’t use condoms @ home? My thing is, if you choose to have unprotected sex be it homosexual or straight sex, use a condom with everyone that you are cheating on your main person with so that you know the source of your disease(if you get one). Why do poeple have unprotected sex with everybody? My answer to my own question is that they don’t love themselves AT ALL! SAD & VERY NASTY!!!
