I can dig Solange. She isn’t always the best vocalist but she’s trying to break away from always being in Beyonce’s shadows. I love her song “White Picket Dreams”.
Her style is mixing electronica, r&b, folk….
Ain’t no other black folks I hear on the radio standing out in a good way.

I think I’m the only adult who tried to give her a chance and bought the first album she released.
Solange is grown, been through having a child and married/divorced….way more to talk about nowadays than her big sister.
I say we should just give her a chance.

I think Solange has grown up . She tried too hard as a kid to be her own name but it didn’t work. Hopefully people will see she is not Bee. Her voice has really matured.

PS for all that didnt know Solange wrote Simply Deep and Obsession off Kelly’s first album, she even said it in this song, her lyrical ambitions sometimes dont ring a bell….
