The majority of these cops are thugs in uniforms with the right to do whatever they please. Of course if they getting checks from someone they will look out for you. Then you have to ones that don't give a damn. Dekalb justice system is only set up to squeeze money out of their residents. Cops are the billing department then when you go to court thats when they collect. You will NEVER win against cops if you are innocent or not. I can recall 3 incidents where I had to go to court and witnesses testified against the cop but I was still found guilty and had to pay hefty fines. If you have the balls to plead innocent the justice system will really ram it in your ass. You plead "not guilty" you automaticallly will have to stay until the end just so you can get another court date. If you just plead guilty you just pay the fine and they let you go within 30 min. If you say anything against the judges decision, you get locked up. Like he is god. A judge is only a man and his decision is his opinion, I don't have respect it, like or agree with it. Ain't shit just about our justice system. And Dekalb county are the worst, hence that's why they have been under investigation for the 12 murders that occured within a a few months.
