Here’s an excerpt from an email I received from a loyal reader. I removed some of the juicy details but I left enough for you to figure out who she’s talking about. Ladies, please pay particular attention to the last line.
…my friend wanted to meet him and we went backstage.. she asked for a picture and he told her only if she let his crew hit.. granted this was years ago before his daughter so I hope he’s grown from that.. however it’s been badly etched in my mind since then.. he lost a genuine fan in her behind that.. when she looked at him like he was crazy he told her to leave.. I saw how he was looking at her so I knew nothing good was going to come out of that meeting and he proved me correct.. only issue is she wasn’t a groupie and she wasn’t dressed like one so it came completely out of left field.

I have no idea who thy are talking about and it’s not a big deal. This is what happens in the industry all day every day. They really think every woman wants to service them. She handled it like a lady and that is what is most important.

the last line is “out of left field” and the only left field there is, is in baseball. Nelly used to play baseball and was even drafted by the st louis cardinals AND he has a daughter, so is it Nells?
I am w/ you Bird - kudos to the female for having enough self respect and love. I guess some of the industry folks believe there is an unspoken code of conduct. Its up to people like the one mentioned to continue to break the mold.

It was indeed many years ago at the infamous Swiss hotel in Buckhead. Me and one of my girls was with a male friend, who happened to be a friend of Lil Waynes, were all on the elevator together. There were a bunch of other females on the elevator too and some of his goons, and he was like…”whoever ain’t ****in need to get the f*ck off now!!”, me and my girls looked at each other and laughed out loud, and I was thinkin this little Fraggle Rock lookin clown is nuts! The other chics on the elevator was lookin all crazy but, nobody got off!! We went to a seperate room, and they all went back to his room. LMAOOO!!
