Usher: ‘I’m the luckiest guy in the world!’
Usher paid his wife Tameka the ultimate compliment when paparazzi spotted the couple enjoying a romantic lunch at the Crustacean Restaurant in Beverly Hills yesterday. One of the paps asked Ush if it was true that he was “whipped.” Usher responded that he was the luckiest guy in the world to have married Tameka. (Source)

That first pic Tameka smile is so fake. Its obvious the man is not happy and every chance he gets to compliment her, he does. SMDH at this mess of a marriage!
Ppl are going to hate, but I do like them together. Did he and Chilli look better together-yes. So what. Tameka is older and is divorced with 3 previous children. Does that make her a bad person? Does that make her any less human or hurt by our thinking of her? Most of the comments in the room are postive and I really think Tameka is pretty. Scroll back up and look at the side by side pics of them. They look happy to me and yes as a married man he is suppose to say what he did. If he had married a white 20 somthing year old like Tiger did the comments would be so different. Let’s embrace black love. Most of my black family and friends are divorcing and hooking up or marrying white people. Being mixed I don’t think it’s really a “hey I am going white” I think it’s just a “you never know what or who you will be attracted to. Never let yourself pass up real love over money, color or what others think. I do think that sometimes a black person in the work place end up with someone on their level. Black men marrying white woman because sometimes that is all that is in the work place and vice versa. I have a question for the room. I hope Usher and Tamika have a great marriage and don’t bother reading web sites. I do wonder as a man if Usher got attached to his ex’s child. A real man can easily fall in love with his ex’s child and still want to see him/her.

I don’t think Tameka has man features. I don’t find her unattractive at all. she looks like a normal 30something year old woman to me. And I think he is happy. Somehow, I don’t feel he married her just because she got pregnant. I think he was really wanting to be with her. None of us know what is going on in his relationship or if she is even what people perceive her to be. But I wish them all the best.

ummm Anna don’t knock where you may find true love i met my husbnd in a club and we have been married for 16 years love ya boo-boo!!!! but i think it is great Usher married a sister and they seem in love but this chick just look so fake to me like she is just always plotting, you know so i am gonna have to see about this one but maybe he was ready to settle down you can have all the love in the world but a marriage will not happen until the MAN is ready to settle down….

@ Anna - I am all for embracing BLACK love but something about this relaitonship seems forced. He def looked happier w/ Chilli but who knows how he really feels. At the end of the day he has a child w/ Tameka and they are married. He appears to be committed to having a family with her. Whether or not he is truely happy is up in the air. I think its great that he said those comments.
I dont believe in luck but if thats all I can get for being the luckest man in the world then WOW.

@ Kymystry - I think the point in the statement was that people seem to talk about her in a negative light alot,comments about her loooking like a man and so on. It would be diff if her appearance was diff. I don’t remember this much negativity surrounding his relationship w/ Chilli. What matters at the end of the day is that they are happy w/ each other.
Personally, I prefer Usher with Chilli. But if he’s happy with Tameka then I’m happy for him. However, it would be nice to see them with all of their children.

Hey I was Crustaceon Friday night. I saw Raven and Al B Sure although not together. Funniest thing I sent my 14 year old a text message that said “Hey I just saw Raven Simone and Al B Sure at the restaurant” her response “Who’s Al B Sure?”.

Now I could be wrong, but most REGULAR women who are 30′ish w/t 3 kids and an Ex husband aren’t all that “willing” to get married again AND have another kid. I really feel like this was a SHOTGUN wedding because that OLD bird was prego.. She only had that baby because it was supposedly Ursher’s and that’s a DEFINATE check for life..

People had ALOT to say about Chilli and Usher we didn’t hear about it because there were no blogs..they caught hell about their relationship..especially with the age difference..as far as the lightskin/darskin issue..I don’t think so..he could have been with Nia Long and folks would have asked HER what was wrong..the issue at hand is all those kids, the failed marriages, she’s a theif, her attitude and the infidelity..throw all of that in the pot and Tameka’s skin color is the last thing you think about

It is my opinion that Usher only married heher because shehe was pregant. But sure he loves heher, most men loves the mother/father of their child I think. Just so happens she got lucky enough to make him her husband. I’d kill to know how she did it.. but she did so Chillis comments really are empty because she didnt gain a husband she gained a whole lot of gossip and a single life… Not sure which. I’m sure she can always get Dallas Austin back… ok, NOT..
