That whole thought process is fed by magazines and television shows full of white women. I'm not saying that being as big as Aretha is okay but there are plenty of beautiful big black women in the world. Everyone is supposed to be a size 6, 7 or 8. Remember when Oprah lost all that weight and looked like a bobble head. I think the key is to find the healthiest weight for you now that's beautiful.
