I think Chuck has def been the source of items not credibel but with the news/gossip ...etc ... there are always 3 sides to every story. Person A, Person B and the truth. In the matters of Biggie and Pac, we can speculate all we want but the fact remains that neither is no longer here and both murders go unsolved as many others do in our community.
