IMO those celebs who are bi-racial but tend to relate more to their Caucasian side (if that happens to be what they’re mixed with)….they get kookie. It shows in her style of dress, choice in men and etc….She hasn’t been raised to care for her hair properly…lest we all forget that both of her parents are Jewish/Black. Also, now her mom wants to name her new kid every single plant/animal in Hawaii and changed her own name.
I’m not trying to stereotype or generalize, but we could even follow Halle Berry and how she’s messed up in the head. Those who are mixed and grow up with an understanding of being bi/multi racial and love taught by their parents don’t end up over the deep end.
BTW, my mom is Mexican/Black and adopted @ 6 months. I think I can u-stand.
@Maxdan… I just wanted to make sure that you were not generalizing and I see that you are not. I am half black and half white…. I can understand both sides because it was hard growing up in the black community being bright and my hair texture was slightly different I got picked on and ran home crying on many occasions people would pull my hair all because I did not look like them.
Going to Catholic School until high school did not help either because the white kids did not really accept me either.
So growing up bi-racial can be a challenge from either side. I am proud that i had a loving family who taught me to look at people as individuals and not as a color or race I am proud of my mixed hearitage and think it has exposed me too many things that I am most grateful for.
Sometimes mixed kids will do anything to be accepted.
SANDRA SAYS: remember that rich people can get away with this kind of style.

I would like an explanation for the 1 feather she continues to wear in her ear. I know she can get down with more that eyeliner and blush (which she so chooses to wear allover). If she is trying not to draw attention to herself she has failed miserably.
