If you're not ready to bite out an eye-ball (rest assured they are) let it go and keep it moving...unless you are trying to defend yourself. If it hasn't popped off, back up, call the cops, and don't make eye-contact. This is not to say that all who suffer from a mental disorder are violent. Lol...DC's Metro got some crazies on their too. I have seen ALOT of cuckoos on the Metro...especially that Green...Yellow...and Blue Line.
