That woman should have gotten the maximum penalty. not only did she shoot her friend...clearly with the intention of killing her. It was only God why that girl didn't die and Remy woulda been doing a life sentence now. But after the shot the girl, she first said she didn't. Then after she admitted it and said the gun ACCIDENTALLY went off. You shoot your friend ACCIDENTALLY and you feel no remorse for what you did. That's sad and I don't even think the 8 years will change her from the person that she is. However, it will keep her agressive, crazy a$$ off the streets to be shooting up other people. And for pointhimout...What do you mean she only got 8 years. ONLY??? What if someone shot you and you miraculously managed to survive their awful aim...What would you say if they got only 8 years for trying to take your life. I'm sure you'd be upset that it wasn't more... Remy Ma deserves what she got and then some...you wanna play a gangster, do GANGSTA TIME!!! 8 YEARS?? So i won't waste my time and get into it. The cops got off, because the DA didn't prove their case. I Live here in NY, so i know. The DA put a half ass effort into the (imo), and couldn't counter anything the defense put up. And there were many other reasons, but the two don't compare, if you followed the cases you would know.....im not gonna get into it. Remy walked around like she was above everyone.
