The bigots will commenting in full force over there on TMZ for that post today. Thet spew garbage over there on a daily basis, TMZ also deletes mines and Im sure others comments that they dont like,but the racist comments from alot of whites always seem to make the cut. Now for the title of his album,Im kinda on the fence with it,because I know NAS has knowledge and a political stance, Im sure its not cooning as to why he wants it named that,but if stores are refusing to sell it he should change title,didnt he have a cd titled NAS previously ??

I guess Kelis is more popular with the white folks, since TMZ is calling him Mr. Kelis. I personally dont care too much for Kelis’ talent. Nas has been around for a good and is in no way Mr. Kelis

I’m a Nas fan. Not that I agree with the whole “N*****” thing, but if you listen to the first song that was released it was like a breath of fresh air (compared to all the superficial bull that’s out). Most of his lyrics force us to think. I’m buying the CD either way……………..

I didn’t know you had beef with Nas Sandra. I don’t think TMZ was being racist. They are just being TMZ. They are equal opportunity haters. What is interesting is that Nas is still claiming the album name has not changed when I have read on no less than 4 sites that it has. As smart as people act like he is, I wonder about him.

People celebrate self confessed druggies like Lil Wayne singing about Lollipops but they have a problem with Nas bringing attention to racism. Sad

With the ignorance of the world today, I surely do not agree with having an album called “NI**ER”. Nor do I have or want my 16 yr old son walking around talking about Lollipops or drinking “syrup”. Every ones views on this are going to be different but IMO all of this stuff going on today in hip-hop just gives the white folks more stuff to criticize and hold over us. They will be the 1st ones screaming the lyrics to a song made my son do it. When I think that it all starts at home to begin with.

Nas is a great artist and whatever his idiotic reasoning for even coming up with that name in the 1st place just goes to show that some of US don’t look at the BIG picture. WE do what we want to do (whether it’s right or wrong) because we don’t care what others think about it or how they will feel.
