Akon set to perform in Africa; will leave bling at home

Following the chain snatching incident involving rapper 50 Cent at a concert in Angola last week, singer Akon will leave his bling at home when he travels to Africa tomorrow night.
Speaking via teleconference from his home in Atlanta, Akon confirmed that he had recovered from a sore throat that forced him to cancel a show last week. He will fly to Africa on a private jet chartered by the concert organizer.
Meanwhile, the African youth who snatched Fiddy’s bling was turned in to police by his own parents who recognized their crumb snatcher on a grainy video.

i heard the guy was caught but i didn’t realize it was because of his parents…i taught it was a grown man, it was a kid?! 50 really needs to be ashamed (he’s sooo gangster, yeah right)…he prob should hire the boy as security since the ones he used ain’t worth 2 cents…
