Judge tells Shaniqua: ‘Shut up and pay up’
Shaniqua Tompkins has more to be worried about than where she and her son are going to lay their heads now that the Dix Hills mansion she was staying in mysteriously went up in flames with her inside it.
The mansion was owned by her baby daddy 50 Cent, with whom she has carried on a very public battle over who gets to keep the home. 50 Cent won that battle when a judge gave Shaniqua until the end of the school year to get out.
Since she wouldn’t leave, the judge ordered Shaniqua to pay $4,500 a month in room and board out of the $7,500 a month child support she was getting from 50. She’s now two months behind in her payments to Fiddy.
Yesterday, a judge told Shaniqua to pay up or face jail time. The judge told Shaniqua’s lawyer, “She better pay it by the end of the week. Do you understand?” But Shaniqua’s people pleaded for more time saying it would be an “undue hardship” for his client to come up with the cash since she spent it all on herself and her man.
Once outside the courtroom, Shaniqua again vented her frustrations at Fiddy, saying he still hasn’t called his son to see how he’s doing. “He [Marquise] was traumatized, and now you have a father on a movie set who’s made no attempt to communicate with him, which is more traumatizing. He’s not a good father at all. At all,” she said.

With all the press about this and her continuing to say that Curtis is not contacting his son, it just does not seem possible. Is he trying to call and she is blocking the calls?! I don’t know him from Adam but that just doesn’t sound right.
i’m about sick of this chick. i still don’t believe for one second he has not contacted his son. further, i know she is making it impossible for him to even speak with him. you know she’s not picking up when he calls…that kind of bs. i hope they find out she torched this house and she goes to jail…enough already.

I don’t understand why she doesn’t have the money. She didn’t seem to be spending it on some much needed Proactive, or mustard facials. She definately didn’t spend it on any of her “gear”. Hair? Nope.
I guess “gas” prices did her in. It put her over when she filled up that gas can to set the house on fire.
and the little money that she’s making they sell the d*mn proactive in the mall on the cart…$39.99 for the entire kit…so if you are carrying a designer bag get your game up…get your skin right boo-boo.

Oh my word, that house! I want to feel bad for her but from the get go she was being very greedy. People tend to get brand new when money is involved and just because you have a child by someone with alot of money does not mean that you should act the way she has been acting. I really feel bad for the kid though. Its not just her though. I can think of a few baby mamas/daddies who exhibit the same behavior.

Wow! I know she is kicking herself to no end for messing up that $25,000 a month. I know I will get creamed for this but I feel bad for her; the whole situation makes me sad. Why is it that some women feel like they are entitled to the daddys money? Why not get a job like the rest of us?
The women are not entitled to the money but the child is.
Child Support is supposed to be for the cost of the care and “upkeep” of child, i.e. clothes, food, shelter, day care expenses, and education expenses. But it is supposed to be a two-way street. It is just as much her responsibility as it is his.
They are entitled to the “daddys” money because in most situations, the woman is the one left with sole support. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with a man helping out financially for HIS child’s sake, especially if he has the money. 50 and Eddie aren’t suffering financially to pay child support. LOL Now, it’s the daddies without money (Sean Levert) we should be feeling sorry for.

Heart to Heart, I couldn’t disagree more. I do not feel sorry for Sean Levert. Its quite obvious he forgot how expensive children are but he kept right on making them.(I guess making them is easier than taking care of them)I have No sympathy for any man who fathers multiple children and even less sympathy for the women who bear the children. How can you say that he didn’t take care of child 1, 2 or 3 but somehow miraculously he will take care of child 4? Just silly

~~~i’m not sure…but, i get child support that is not court ordered. i refused to go there, wasn’t necessary. we agreed between us what was reasonable…and basically everything else we handle together or we just do it…not tick for tack…+ he does alot more than that child support…paid the mortgage a few times…etc…so, i don’t know….~~~
