Business women: Alexis Phifer is not just Kanye’s ex
Thanks to loyal reader Valerie for pointing out that Alexis Phifer is not just Kanye West’s ex. See I didn’t know that. She has her own clothing line called Ghita sponsored by Toyota and Essence. The party I wrote about earlier was the afterparty for Alexis’ fashion show and was hosted by Alexis.
Another reader also pointed out this information to me. But she went about it all wrong by coming at me sideways talking about how I lost a reader. Well, unfortunately, she and a couple others will not be joining us for the rest of their lives.

Sandra, when you made the relevance comment about her that totally slipped by me. I thought everyone knew she had her own line, that is why most of the blogs accused her of trying to move up and others accused him of trying to ride her fashion coat tail to get into his own line.

That’s not Peter Pan. It’s The Flintstones. Look at her bracelet, it is dinasaur rocks. lol
She was a model/designer when her and Kanye was together, now she’s just a designer. Everyone’s a model when you don’t know who they are.

No one knew who the hell she was before Kanye, so in essence she is just “Kanyes ex” she basically just used her status per say to get what she wanted and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Imo.

I found it very annoying also when you made that comment about Alexis just being “Kanye’s ex”, so I can totally understand why that reader came at you like that. You seem to think that every girlfriend that a male celebrity has is just a “jump off”, and while sometimes that may be true, it’s NOT always the case/truth. Maybe you should try to get your facts correct before making assumptions like that. Your probably the only blogger on the net that doesn’t know that Alexis isn’t just “Kanye’s ex”.
