- A jury has found R. Kelly not guilty!
A jury acquitted the singer of all fourteen counts of child pornography.
Kelly had long denied being on the video tape at the center of the trial — and even the alleged victim denied it was her!

I read some of the closing arguments in the paper today…..his lawyer said something similar about the family…. why didn’t they do anything, if this was their family member? A normal person would have beat that azz.

I think this is one of the things the jury looked at….I mean, the girl had a POLICE OFFICER AUNT who watched the tape at her house…didn’t do nothing.

If he did it he will have to answer to man above. Legally he is innocent. There were too many inconsistancies. If the prosecutors had real evidence they would have tried him 6 years ago. Then he would have sued her b/c she was paid to stfu. I am sure he has some kinda papers on her.Money will do it everytime,look at those boy Michael paid we havent heard from him since.
And the saddest thing of all is the girl could come out RIGHT NOW and say it was her and do all sorts of interviews etc and they can’t do anything about it due to the law of double jeopardy. He can’t get tried for the same thing twice even if he was found later to be guilty.

How to beat a child molestation case:
• Become famous, but more importantly, make a whole lot of money so you can hire good lawyers if you get hemmed up in a pissy situation like this one.
• Use grainy footage when making homemade smut, so that you can deny actually being on tape. HD or Blu-Ray quality sex tape = Jail time. Sh*tty VHS quality = Plausible deniability.
• Put the trial off as long as possible. The longer it takes, the less people remember details(hence, the less-angry they’ll be).
• While awaiting trial, make a nonsense soap-opera song/video, just for the f*ck of it.
• Also, keep working to pay off all of those underage b*tches, I mean, legal matters.
It was obvious the charges were frivilous and the prosecutors wasted millions of tax dollars to take down a superstar with a mole being their main evidence. Sparkle disgruntled ass premeditating the entire case which backfired in her face. They need to prosecute Lisa for admiting sexual contact with a child under 14.

all i can say is wow, money can buy you freedom
thing is, they went about it the wrong way. 1st, the girl in that video was there because she wanted to be there and was more sexually advanced than me at damn near 30- this isn’t the 1st time she had sex with a man for money and it wasn’t the last. if r. kelly is purposely having sex with young girls, he is wrong. at the same time, if people who originally went after him were trying to get justice for the greater good, he may have been convicted today if he was in fact GUILTY. once again though, because we care less about justice and more about blackmail and money, justice was put on the backburner. if those people were not originally trying to get money from r. kelly and, when he didn’t pay, started trying tell, this may have turned out differently. we will learn one day- hopefully soon.
…and our daughters aren’t in danger from R. Kelly if they are raised right and aren’t being pimped out by the people that are supposed to be protecting them. I never saw a gun to anyboby’s head to have sex with him and I’m willing to bet that he wasn’t out picking teenage girls off so let’s all just be a little more real…

People in Chicagoland have said (and have proof) for ages that since R. Kelly cam eon the scene his favoritte place to pick up chicks or send his gophers to do his dirty work are local high schools. He married Aaliyah when she was below the age limit (and he knew her age), he was one tape with this little girl (doesn’t matter how sexually advanced you think she is, the law says adult men shouldn’t be diddling he). even if she was the aggressor in this situation, as the adult, he had the obligation to not screw her.

The jury without a doubt belived it was R Kelly. They could not prove it was the girl without her admitting it. This is one of those cases that I sure did wish for a hung jury or a mistrial. He will never be charged with having sex with this (now) woman. He is a pediphile and Like MJ it will happen again. Sad thing is it will happen to someone elses’ non adult female family member.
If you all are really outraged, hit R. Kelly in his wallet. Don’t buy his music, don’t watch his videos, boycott his concerts. I’ve been boycotting him and his music since these allegations were first made public, and won’t stop anytime soon.
