Plastic surgeon for Kanye’s mother busted for DUI
The plastic surgeon who operated on Kanye West’s mother was busted early today for driving under the influence according to California Highway patrol.
Jan Adams, 54, was stopped by California Highway Patrol officers at about 2:40 a.m. after motorists saw him driving a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 680 near Gold Hill Road in the Benicia area, said CHP Officer Craig Kuehl.
CHP officers smelled alcohol on Adams’ breath and arrested him for suspicion of drunk driving and driving with a suspended license. Adams’ driver’s license was suspended after a previous drunk driving conviction.
In November, Adams operated on West’s mother, Donda West, 58, performing liposuction and breast implant surgery. He sent West home without adequate aftercare and she died a day later of respiratory and cardiac arrest.
The Los Angeles coroner concluded that West had heart disease and clogged coronary arteries which contributed to her death. The surgeon’s license to practice medicine expired Wednesday because he allegedly failed to pay child support, according to records with the California Medical Board.
Adams came to prominence when Oprah Winfrey featured him on her nationally syndicated talk show. (Source)

Non payment of child support will get you every time. I don’t care who you are. This man should never be able to practice medicine again. 3 DUI’s in 5 yrs. He was driving the wrong way with a suspended license. Sorry family but I am claiming to be white on this post. LOL. It is not like he was a ball player and suddenly came into money, and did not no right from wrong. He had to go to school for his craft. SMH.

Everytime i hear about this man I cringe….
Even if Dr.West did have health issues getting this surgery is what killed her she would have had a chance if he would have atleast got her records, and this drunk fool got a chance to continue his profession after that and still f**** up.
It is obvious that this man hates himself. As if he hasnt already hurt enough people with that jack leg cosmetic surgery hustle he had going on, now this fool wants to take your life in a drunk driving accident. Put this fool in jail on suicide watch before he kills someone else!!!

You can drive a jaguar but you don’t pay your child support? Typical-mindset has nothing to do with the mother or the child-its a commom mindset. Out of sight out of mind. But karma is a b#tch-now how much money will you be able to make now that your licensed expired due to unpaid child support-what a simpleton.
I wished their was something that could have been done to him for what he did to kanye’s mom-sending her home like that was a crime in my opinion-she was taken away from this earth before her time because of his negligence.

She found him on Oprah (go figure)… Its really sad that 1. she paid the ultimate price for beauty & 2. he’s drivin a damn jag & aint paid his child support!!! Typical deadbeat baby makin nucca (ladies, a medical license doesnt stop a man from bein sorry)!!

I guess that will be his legacy. The man who operated on Donda West the day before she died. I surely see KNOW REASON whatsoever, to include Kanye or his mother in this story since it had nothing to do with either of them.
