Darius Miller’s Mother Speaks Out

The celebrity trainer and club promoter who was savagely beaten 6 months ago, is severely brain damaged and remains in a coma.

Darius Miller’s mom, Patricia Bonhomme, told WSB-TV Channel 2 anchor Jovita Moore that her son, Darius Miller, 41, remains unresponsive to her and doctors. “If you tell him ‘Darius, squeeze my hand’ he cannot do that,” said Bonhomme. “If you say ‘Darius, move your legs’ he cannot do that.'”

Bonhomme will explain what’s next for Miller in her interview with Jovita Moore on WSB-TV Channel 2 Action News at 5 and 6 today. (Source)

Miller’s family and friends will hold a fundraiser for him next Thursday, June 19, with the proceeds going to offset the staggering costs of caring for Miller. NFL Veterans and 51 Ways Foundation Co-Founders, Takeo Spikes and Carlos Emmons will host Classic, a Speakeasy fundraising event at the private residence of Emmons to benefit Miller.

Miller is the father of a little girl.

Thanks for the update Sandra. I am so sorry to hear that Darius’ health has not improved since the beating. I pray that God will heal him completely and grant his family strength to make it through this situation.

Anyone who may know or even don’t know Darius, please keep him in your prayers. He’s such a good man and has a very big heart. It’s terrible that things like this happens to very good men like Darius. Power of prayer…believe in it!

My Older brother was jumped at a skating rink .. those goons stomped my brother about the head and face with skates on … he was in a coma for about a Month .. My brother is alive today and will be 53 on Aug 29 .. no permanent brain damage … All I know is this .. The Effectual Ferverent Prayer of the Righetous Availth Much … and If God can do it for MY brother … He can and Will Do SO much more for Yours…
