Ebony magazine has compiled its list of the 25 Coolest Brothers of All Time. 8 different covers accompany this collector’s issue including Barack Obama, Jay Z, Muhammad Ali, Marvin Gaye, Samuel L. Jackson, Prince, Billie Dee Williams and Denzel. Not sure why Jay Z is on the list. I could understand if this were the 25 coolest camels issue. But, I digress. That’s a S-H-A-R-P pic of Barack Obama. I can see the DC political groupies salivating over that one. Michelle, watch yo’ man!

Next topic–now Sandra. Cmon now. I do stan for Jay Z, I admit, but the Ebony subject is the coolest, not most handsome, black men. And I’m sorry, to 10 out of 10 ppl, white black blue or brown, Jay Z is the EPITOME of cool, so he is most deserving of this accolade indeed..and you know it Sandra boo boo, so pls stop hating..at least this time:)

Yes, Jay-Z is cool as he**! I have always thought that about him. Prince, of course we know he is! Billy Dee and Barack Obama-enough said. I read this the other day in Barnes and Noble and should have gotten the issue then. However, I will be making another trip to get the issue.

Ebony did a great job on this one. I can’t argue with their picks other than Barack. I don’t really think of him as cool. He’s fine as he11 though and if I buy any of these covers it will be his. For the person who said Billy Dee was outdated, you must not know about him. When I first read about the issue I knew Billy Dee had to be on the list and should be #1. He maintained his sexy coolness for several decades. Prince is the only one on the list who comes close in terms of coolness longevity.
I copped the magazine and pretty much every person that people said should have been on the list were. Even people I would have wanted on the list were on there. They did a good job.
It seems they took people from all walks of life. And as much as I want to agree with you as far as hip hop goes Jay is that man. And what he lacks in look he certainly makes up with swagger.
That’s a DAYUM GOOD pic of Obama, and The Jigga Man is looking pretty darn dappy himself. I would love to see all the covers.
