@goat76 - Why woukd you feel the need to pop off and be disrespectful with that childish comment ‘I understand how you came up with that name’…am I not entitled to an opinion? Is that not what a blog is for…to express yourself just like you did? Not my fault you got all sensitive about your city, shoot change your name to Ralph Tresvant with all that sensitive ish. All I was saying was instead of telling people top get a life for commenting on the image this city has, give them some options like the list posted. Did you see anyone disagree with how atlanta is perceived, no you didn’t. Atlanta is known for clubs, stripping, and partying, it is what it is.

Atlanta was and in some folk’s cases, still the promise land. Black Enterprise 2007 Survey reflects ATL as the number one city to live for “BLACKS”. Atlanta was on that list in 2001 as well.

The results were basied on locations, metropolitan areas-the core cities,surrounding suburbs as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau. The survery reflects people being satisfied due to earnings potential, entrepreneurial opportunities, jobs, cost of living, affordable housing, higher education, access to technology, and medical care. Did you know that if you are in LA making 60K, that a person living in Atl making 39K can have the same life style? Did you no that CLARK was one of the top schools for communication majors? NOT to mention the diversity ATL reflects, not to mention that things that stimulate “US” culturely are immediately available and not a once a year or leap year gig. So to address all the back and forth, especially for those who don’t LIVE in the “A”… if your reflection/opinion of ATLANTA is limited to what you see on TV, the HIP HOP images, and varies post, you should check your resources or venture out to explore other resources.

@ dizz…I understand how you came up with that name….I know what I like and don’t like about the ATL so why should I start my own blog “THAT REFLECTS THE IMAGE OF ATLANTA YOU’D LIKE TO SEE THEN.” I think you are telling that to the wrong persons…..I ain’t complaining about what sandrarose posted on her blog site………I just stated for the people who thought the ATL was all about strip clubs and hoes, sex and expecting Sandrarose.com to show them what ATL is all about or any other websites(get a life people)…blogging helps the work day go by….you would hardly see me on the web after work hours or on the weekend…
@kalvonel………Im not tripping on the ATL….I already know whats going on in the A….I’m not the one complaining about the strip clubs and everybody wants to be a dope boy that makes it rain……I don’t depend on Sandrarose or any other website to give me the whats up in ATL….I think pyt504 might need that list…..
