Queen Latifah injured in motorcycle accident

According to The National Enquirer, Queen Latifah was injured in a motorcycle accident while on vacation in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. The National Enquirer reports Latifah rented a scooter and was touring the scenic countryside when she lost control of the bike.
A source tells the tabloid, “She’s lucky she wasn’t killed. Fortunately, there weren’t any cars or other scooters behind her when the accident occurred.” The extent of Latifah’s injuries are not known.
Ever since the Queen’s beloved policeman brother, Lance (inset) was killed in a freak motorcycle accident in 1992, she has tempted her own fate repeatedly.
In his memory, Latifah formed the nonprofit Lancelot H. Owens Foundation to fund scholarships for children. “I’ll go to my brother’s grave,” she tells the New York Daily News, “sit next to him and…chat, and I’ll talk to God, and for some reason, I just come out of there totally rejuvenated.”

I hope she is okay!!!! Motorcycles are so dangerous for many reasons people either dont see you or you dont see them…

I’m not trying to be funny, but you said she was on a scooter…therefore she was in a SCOOTER accident! Not a MOTORCYCLE accident! Why do media outlets blow sh!t out of proportion!?
Not to say she can’t get hurt on a scooter, but it was obviously re-termed for sensationalism being that she’s made it very well known that her brother died in a motorcycle accident.
Needless to say, I hope she’s well. I love me some Queen!
I hope she is doing okay as well I know for the longest time she wore the key to his(brother) bike around her neck, I don’t know that would kind of scare me from wanting to ride again but she kept on so get well soon Queen!!!

Are you sure that pic is of Lance? I don’t think it is plus it appears to be too recent. La was smaller in 92. She loves those bikes. I hope she recovers quickly if she hasn’t already.

That’s not a pic of Lance, she was smaller and her hair was much different..i have no idea who that is..she balmed herself for years behind her brother’s death since she was the one who bought him the bike..I hope she’s doing ok
