Morning Glory: Serena Williams By Request
I was a huge Martina Navratilova and Gabriela Sabatini fan as a student at N. Miami Beach high school in Miami, Florida. The volatile Navratilova was my favorite because she hated to lose. 
Women’s tennis was immensely popular in the 80s due to superstars like Billie Jean King and the golden girl Chris Evert.
In those days, Venus and Serena were just little kids whupping up on all the other kids on the junior tennis side. I never thought they would amount to anything. But, as usual, I was wrong. Venus should have been the star of the family. Her tall lanky frame was much better suited for tennis than her younger sister. But it was Serena who showed promise by winning her first tournament at the tender age of four and a half.
Serena Williams is today’s Morning Glory by request.

That has happened to me on several occasions. Give’em the goods, soaked, wet and ready and they freeze up…..literally…..body cold and everything. Real talk! LOL
I have to admit, I thought there would be a lot of people hating on Serena and I’m proud to see we aren’t!
Now, she may not be to everyone’s taste, but she is the epitome of a REAL healthy Black, African-American, Zulu warrior, brick house queen! lol I was raised with this image because my daddy loves him some big Amazonian women!
She a dark-skinned beautiful woman and I applaud her for being a lady and a fine role model for other little Black girls who can see they don’t have to be LSLH to be pretty!

No way Common is going any better than Serena, she may not have a flawless face, but her body is on point and I’m sure he head is on tight and her pockets are fat. No way in hell Common is doing better than that.
