Why the hell are we going back and forth on speculation. Didn’t you learn in school when you ASS U ME???? This is what all yall doing! if you freakin wanna know so bad, why don’t just place a phone call down there and ask if William Roberts was employed in 2002, or you can easily pull a credit report which will tell you if he held a job especially government jobs get reported. So until somebody does and gets it in black and white it don’t mean **** what people think!
