According to online reports, Lifetime has given the green light for a reality series featuring Kim Porter, ex-partner of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and mother to three of his children. The unnamed show will follow Kim as she adjusts to new life as a single mother in Los Angeles.
Actor Blair Underwood is tapped to produce the series. We wonder if Sean Combs will completely dominate this show as he has done with every other show he’s in? We also wonder why Lifetime thinks Kim is worthy of her own reality show?

How is she adjusting to single life when Puffy is L.A with her? Stop it already..
I have a reality show for her…….but she should read the book first “He’s Just Not That Into You”. I know a few more people she could pass the book to when she is done.
Most woman don’t even respect Kim. Diddy keeps playing her.

I am fed up with the reality show madness. I wonder what the ratio of sitcom to reality show is? What seems to remain constant is the need to exploit blacks in the media with shows that don’t have any substance. What would be the purpose of her show? Another black woman with a slew of kids, who continues to sniff behind a man that disrespects her on a REGULAR. She appears to have some deep self esteem issues in that she allows him to treat her like a fool. I hope they are done with the foolery of Flava Flav and New York, now George Foreman has a show. Blair Underwood has the means and resources to do something positive, but this is trash. How is the basis going to be adjusting to the new life as a single mother? I love Blair, so for him, I hope the show is a success. More people will watch out of curiosity…the novelty of reality tv has worn off for me, unless it is something really unique. Once you follow peoples’ lives on TV, you find they aren’t that much different from the next person, which makes for dull tv. If Mr. Combs stays absent and doesn’t such the air out of the show with his appearances, it just may have a chance at success.

That lil boy is a spitting image of Sean. Those twins are cute. I would tune in, most definately. Although, she has some work to do about being a drive-thru DNA recepicle, she is smart.

But there are so many reality shows out now that its crazy. What happened to the days where we had actual tv shows to watch every night, with real actors/actresses like “Martin”, “Living Single”, “New York Undercover” and the list goes on. And even back then the only reality show to watch was MTV’s The Real World but now every channel has a reality show.
why is her story different? She has 4 kids by 5 different men. I agree; stop it already. No one really cares. If she’s gonna flaunt ‘his’ wealth, Kimora does that enough already, plus she looks better doing it. If I want to see a single mother raise 4 kids on her own, I’d follow a random ATL chick. She has no nanny, no live-in help, no chefs, etc. This show gets two yawns and plz sit cho ass down.
Reality shows are the new big thing. I will definitely be tuning in. It makes my head hurt every time I look at Quincy and see how much he looks like his father. I wonder if Al B will make any guest appearances on the show especially since Al B lives in LA too.

I guess I am a rare Kim fan. For reasons I don’t even get I have supported her since Diddy’s relationship with Jennifer Lopez was a rumor that they both denied. And I have disliked Jennifer since that time as well. When I saw this story I was SO happy I decided to check the blog after being away a couple of days. I will definately be all over this show and will be terribly disappointed if it turns out this is just a rumor that never comes to fruition.
gotta admit that i will at least watch the first two episodes. i want to see if this broad is really as dumb/naive as she appears in various magazine articles. i don’t think she can hold a show on her own so there must be some type of angle to it, such as loads of drama or special guests.
