At least we know Chris Brown is old enough to drive. The teenager was spotted driving BFF Rihanna around in his brand new shiny Viper. Maybe that’s a gift from Chris Brown’s manager Tina? I don’t know. I’m just guessing. It’s looks like something a grown woman would buy a young boy to keep him happy.
