Pop princess Rihanna was spotted in Barbados over the weekend. She looks tired and stressed out (didn’t Chris Brown leave the island last week?). For those of you who still don’t believe Style Icon Zoe Kravitz is a heavy influence on young stars like Rihanna, check out at Ri’s Dirty Couture jeans. That’s what I was thinking. Zoe didn’t create this look that Rihanna is sporting. This is good old fashioned 90’s grunge. I don’t think it will catch on with black celebs because we tend to be more flashy as a whole while Rihanna has always just done her.
Sandra, why aren’t you reporting on your style icon friend’s upcoming new sibling? Which reminds me. If anything Zoe got her style from her parents, both of whom have been sporting it for decades now.

Since when did denim shorts w/ rips/tears make someone a style icon?? If that’s the case, both them chicks (Rihanna AND Zoe) copied off me, cuz I did that back in the day when it got to be 100 degrees in Dallas and I was allowed to cut up my old jeans for the summer.

a part of me feels that this is a publicity stunt. I mean, she dressed all appropriately in her latest paparazzi pictures. She’s a well liked celeb, with a good reputation, people will feel sorry for her and buy more of whatever she’s pushing.
