Greyhound Pulls ‘Bus Rage’ Ads in wake of gruesome beheading

In the wake of last week’s brutal beheading of one of its passengers, the Greyhound Corporation has pulled its ‘bus rage’ ads from all stations in Canada. The ads read, “There’s A Reason You’ve Never Heard Of “Bus Rage”. The ads implied that passengers could avoid road rage by riding buses instead.

Greyhound spokesperson Abby Wambaugh said Tuesday, “Greyhound knows how important it is to get it removed and is doing everything possible.”

The ads appeared in print and on Billboards around Canada. But Greyhound sent out memos to its vendors asking that all ‘bus rage’ ads be removed.

Tim McLean, 22, was repeatedly stabbed and beheaded aboard a Greyhound bus near Alberta, Canada on July 30. Vincent Li, 40, was taken into custody at the scene 3 hours after the incident began.

I guess Greyhound didn’t want to put out no false advertising….I heard about the beheading on Monday….I tell you, folks ain’t safe nowhere…I heard that the one who was beheaded was asleep, and the looney just went to work on him…they were sitting next to each other.

    WOW!
