Source: ‘Solange had no media training’
A source close to the Knowles camp told Pop Tarts that Solange had an embarrassing media moment yesterday because she received “no media training” and is spoiled by the label.
According to Roger friedman of Fox News 411 gossip column, Solange had attitude problems with other FOX news affiliates yesterday.
A source close to Solange told Pop Tarts that the songstress hasn’t really had any media training, is “coddled” by her label and is spoiled to the point that she gets whatever she wants.We’ve also been warned that quite a few FOX outlets have gotten an attitude from Knowles as she apparently isn’t a fan of the network, but is still willing to use us to promote her album. I don’t know what I was thinking when I said Solange had changed. After all, she is Beyonce’s sister.

everyone has what is called common sense though…
solange is f’n up w/ the wrong people…she had media training in the past, however it’s obvious a refresher course would do her some justice…she also needs to start taking her meds for ADD
lol the girl just likes to speak her mind. however, her frankness could ultimately have a major affect on her record sales. that’s just the way industry is.
maybe she’ll change her attitude when that album hits the bricks.
well this morning i was watching Solange and Beyonce interview on the CBS Early Morning Show and she didnt seem to have a problem with them talkin about her and Bey then. She actually started tearing up when Beyonce was talkin about how Solange is a talented songwriter and how Solange has always been the one to get attention and Bey was always the quiet one and how she’s so proud of Solange cuz that’s her baby. And when they asked Bey if she would do a duet w/ Solange, she said that Solange told her no and they started laughin. Then the reporter asked Solange if she could pls do a duet w/Beyonce and Solange said yea she would love to.
So I’m not sure what her malfunction seems to be unless she got mulitple personalities….
I still think she’s a breath of fresh air.
I still enjoy her and her new album is pretty great.
yesterday was bad but alot a celebrities cop attitudes like that but they just are not on TV. But even still her attitude and not apologizing for her obvious error was disappointing.

She probably is always being compared to Beyonce and im sure thats disheartening, and sh emay or may not have had any media training, but as a human being im sure being constantly compared to your sister and your family is disheartening, i think shes friendly and i think she does the best she can…………. She is trying so hard……… maybe she shouldnt have checked that news anchor but we do not know what set her off we have not seen the whole video, DO not discount her as being like her sister……
she should really take a step back with the attitude considering her music isnt all that great.
As far as the interview with Bey I think that she realized what she had done and her record sales wouldn’t do to good because she still thinks she is a true DIVA. Hopefully she learns from her mistakes before its too late and she becomes a hasbeen.
Ya’ll know Solange is the ghetto one out the family…

Attitude adjustment or NOt, Her album will still go Double Bricks & 1 Platnium Wood Single.
blame Matthew..she already admitted she has him wrapped around her finger..at this point it won’t matter how her album does..just like it didn’t matter how the last one did
Look at my post yesterday….I said her backer’s didn’t equip her properly. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to figure this out.

Yea cause she knows that ship is sinking faster than the Tintanic (regtarding record sales). As to her being compared to sis, what the hell did she and her family expect? Ashely Simpson went through the same thing as any other sib that has a famous brother or sister before them. If you want the comparisons to stop you have (must) play the waiting game and give people time to adjust. Most of all let your talent do the talking.

I agree. What makes her think that she won’t be compared to Beyonce. I know you don’t care for Beyonce Sandra, but she is one of the biggest female superstars EVER. Every female singer is going to be compared to her one way or another at some point in her career, what makes Solange think she will be any different?
Solange should know better anyway. Although Beyonce may not be papparazzi friendly, she always gives professional interviews.

I like Solange, she’s humble,graceful. I know if I heard soemone sayign something about me weather or not it was on air i would react the same where, then to add insult to ingury the anchor lady introducted her as Beyonce Sister. Give Solange a break.

I think that was the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. And I think I missed what was actually said about her, but I’m sure the lady didn’t say anything offensive. She really flex’d her immaturity then. Bey would have never done no **** like that.
I’ve actually read and seen solange say that she is spoiled. In her own words. So who ever this source is, its not tha far fetch…..i saw it on another blog, but we dont’ say names around her……
Solange has always played second fiddle to Beyonce. I’m sure Bey is somewhere right now thinking, “Now they see who the b*tch of the family really is.”
Think about it, for most of her life Solange has been living GOOD off of her parents’ and sister. Beyonce has been WORKING her azz off while Solange been enjoying Champagne & Chronic and chillin. Of course Solange is the one who’s going to act spoiled, lazy, and entitled. Then, she’s got an abnormally long head and can’t even really sing. Everytime I hear one of her songs I want Bey to sing it over THE RIGHT WAY.
Yeah, I’m a Bey stan, but more importantly I’m a hard worker Stan. Solange aint ready.
I looked her up yesterday bc I wanted to hear what she sounded like live. She sounded good but the show she sung on she was being real sarcastic with the host and just extra… I agree with whoever said she has been living good off the fam & is just spoiled. Karma is a bish and her album flop will hopefully humble her azz. Kelly had that same attitiude adjustment.
Wonder whose album will get more sales solonge or kelly?
I think Solange definitely is the dark side of Bey.
But on another note, Solange has to work some kind of way. I’m sure no adult with a child wants to just benefit from their family or big sister all their life.
