A sista feel so loved :)
Hey all. It’s 2:47 AM and I spent most of Wednesday evening learning how to operate my new MacBook Pro. I apologize for leaving you all hanging but I moved over the weekend and Bellsouth did not come out for 5 days (!) to hook up my DSL as promised. I wish I can say how I really feel about Bellsouth but I will hold my tongue since my DSL is still not hooked up yet (it’s a long story).
Maybe it’s just me, but isn’t a customer entitled to at least a phone call to let him/her know when the tech is coming out? Especially if the tech was scheduled to come out on Saturday, then Tuesday, and then Wednesday morning – and no one showed up until late yesterday evening after I finally got tired of waiting and went to the Mac store to purchase the MacBook Pro.
Oh, and I have some choice words for Bellsouth’s very rude customer service. And those 20-40 minute wait times are ridiculous! But as I said, I will hold my tongue until the tech comes out and hooks up my DSL in the morning because all of my programs are on the PC.
Thank you to all my loyal readers for your patience and concerns. I really do appreciate you!! I tried to answer all of your emails and those that I couldn’t get to I will answer tomorrow. 
We have a lot to catch up on, such as Halle Berry trying to pass that Caucasian child off as her own (lol). She should be ashamed of herself! But we’ll catch up in the morning.

I am glad to know you are fine and t hat you will be back at it no time. HOw do you like the Macbook Pro? Did you move or just decide to set up new service? I live in NJ and just got with Comcast and I had issues for a week trying to get everything set up, the tech was 2 1/2 hrs late and when I called to get information the representatives weren’t helpful at all. Does Bellsouth offer online chat?? I did that and all my ?’s were answered – Anyway .. hopefully your service gets up and running soon! Glad we have a new post!

@mimi…i don’t think diddy count!! he is mad b/c his babies don’t get as much press as the white (or in halle’s case almost white) babies. he and kimmy do as much as possible to try to “whiten” the twins up, hoping to pic up press, so they can do better than the center of p e o p l e magazine vs. the front page.
the no socks on the twins was a publicity stunt. i betcha $$ grandma janice (who look like she is a true hood rat) called after seeing those pictures and wanted to know WHY those babies were in central part with no damn socks on. and sure enuff the last pics i saw of those babies they had on SHOES.
GM all. Glad you are ok Sandra. I too do hate to wait on service. They say they will be there between 8-6, they just don’t tell you what day. As far as Halle’s baby. Look at the dad. My sis is darker than Halle but married white. She has kids with blond hair and blue eyes. I am white as a sheep but not albino. I married a black man and my kids are the normal color of an average black person.(what ever that means). LOL.

Hey everyone. Thanks again for your patience. Here’s where we are with BS Bellsouth. Yesterday i missed the tech because I was at the Apple store buying this laptop that I’m typing to you on. The tech promised he would be back out this morning. of course he didn’t show. this is the 3rd appointment they have missed. This morning I spoke with a “Nancy” at BS who called herself a floor supervisor. She informed me that the tech who came out yesterday shouldn’t have come out until tomorrow (Friday!) Futthermore, she said she could schedule an appointment for this coming Monday!!
I reminded Nancy that they have dropped the ball 3 times already this week! she said she would try to expedite a visit for today to install my dsl. I have this shiny new laptop but you know I can’t install any bootleg pc apps on here. I need those programs to edit pics ’cause i don’t know a damn thing about Macs.
so let’s hope someone comes out today or I will be paying Bellsouth corporate office an unscheduled visit to voice my concerns about their customer service.

we went and they had the NERVE to have $1.00 LIT’s on special. at lunchtime. she a champ tho and not only came back but covered my a$#. told our boss i ate something at lunch that made me sick so i went home.

it WAS an accident. and yes we DID have a happy lunch hour. by the end of the 2nd one me and kells (kelly) was looking at each other…waiting on who was gonna order the 3rd. THIS hard drankin’ heifer gonna look at me halfway thru the 3rd and be like “i think i am buzzed.” nooo….ya think? but she was just buzzed. i was all out drunk! i didn’t realize it until we got in the car and started driving back. she had to drop me off at my car so security cameras wouldn’t catch me stumbling thru the parking lot.
yep i had an “episode” on my lunch hour. a sad sad sight!

@bloggergirlz that has happened to me too. called in one day and cited cramps as the reason. went out that thursday night (ladies nite) and ran into MY boss. she ain’t say nothing tho b/c her old married azz was hugged up all nite on some youngun (under 25). and her husband worked at the same company we did.

@ kwallace, I FREQUENTLY go out for drinks at the Fridays near me for lunch and throw back about 2 or 3 before heading back… I find that I am more productive that way.

i remember i went to a project sponsored event (aka unlimited food, w/ some drink tickets) and fell out my damn chair…i had just started drinking…someone moved my damn chair right b4 the HBIC walked up (i prayed she ddin’t think i was drunk)…she brushed it off like nothing happened and tried to hook me up w/ the guy who did it (i wanted to sleep the nicca on the spot)…my damn back was bruised and hurt like hell…but a few drinks later i forgot about everything until i woke up the next day…and realized it was saturday (thank god) w/ a reminder that i slapped my co-worker in the cab (yea!)…we’re still good friends though…he got married two weeks ago, but i wanted to trip his a$$ when he walked down the aisle…

@bloggergirlz now THAT is an episode. no i didn’t slap kelly. she was all ‘noid about me driving while tore up tho. i sat in my car for a good 10 minutes and drank some water under the ac before i took off. drove 45 all the way home. what normally is a 10-15 min. drive took 30 minutes! i was so gone i had to call my husband to pick up the kids. he got there, i was in the bed, and was like “wsup with you…” then i rolled over and breathed on him and he told me i smelled like a bar….he still don’t know i got tore up at work and left early. he just thought i stopped on my way home….

Yes Vonage is very Reliable, almost all my family members in the Bahamas have it. The only downfall is (Hurraine Season) which in Miami/Bahamas is almost all year long May-October). I recommend I and it cheaper.
