Cynthia Tucker refuses to back down from Bill O’Reilly’s Goons

Everybody knows that FAUX News wind bag Bill O’Reilly is a coward who bullies liberals from the safety of his heavily-protected set in the FAUX News studio.

But lately, this coward has taken to sending out goon squads to intimidate liberals in the media who dare to say a disparaging word about him or his views.

The latest “victim” was the AJC’s Pulitzer prize winning columnist Cynthia Tucker who coolly stared down a TV crew sent by O’Reilly to ambush her outside her Atlanta home.

Tucker’s crime was pointing out the hypocrisy behind O’Reilly’s biased views on Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol’s pregnancy.

Tucker wrote that Bill O’Reilly had criticized the parents of 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears after she became pregnant. “The blame falls primarily on the parents of the girl, who obviously have little control over her,” O’Reilly said.

But as Tucker noted in her column, O’Reilly had a different set of standards when it came to the parents of Bristol Palin.

Here’s how the exchange went down according to Tucker:

O’Reilly guy: “Cynthia, in your column, were you comparing Bristol Palin to Jamie Lynn Spears?”

Cynthia: “In my column, I was criticizing Bill O’Reilly. And I stand by that.”

O’Reilly guy: “Bill pointed out that Jamie Lynn Spears was running around unsupervised. You know that. So you were saying that Bristol Palin was running around unsupervised.”

Cynthia: “If I said that, read that part. You’re holding the column (in your hand). Read where I said Bristol Palin was running around unsupervised.”

O’Reilly guy: “You inferred (sic) it.”

Cynthia: “I inferred O’Reilly is a hypocrite. And I stand by that. Good day, gentlemen. I’m going inside to finish my Saturday chores.”

Maybe the AJC should consider posting bodyguards outside Miss Tucker’s home to protect her from nuts like O’Reilly. If the coward releases the video footage, I will post it.

and on another note I cannot stand Palin, for the life of me something about that woman is not right-and I pray to God that she doesn’t become our country next vice president.

There is more to her than meets the eye….a coniving man is one thing but a coniving woman in a position of power is definitely something to fear-if she stood for something good than I wouldn’t be worried but nothing about her seems right to me……I can’t put my finger on it but my gut says she’s not right….

I heard her talk about O’Reilly this morning on Tom Joyner show..Bill’s such an a$$hole he only brings people on his show to prove them wrong, he talks over you and pushes his point to practically make you agree with him just like he tried to do Obama last week when he was on his show, he wanted Barack to say he was wrong about somethig pertaining to the war, Obama was calm and stuck to his guns.

This incident shows what kind of bulley ba$tard he is coming to someone’s home..I hope this only sparks her fire to keep talking about his ass, because evidently she did something right to get him upset.

Bill O’Reilly is an idiot. She handled his ass perfectly. And for the record, if Ms. Tucker won’t say it, I’m saying it. Yeah, the Palin girl was obviously running around unsupervised just like Jamie Lynn and Solange. She has two working parents who probably have no hand in raising her whatsoever.

What is funny is that Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert pointed out this very same thing on their respective shows!! What is even funnier is that John Stewart also ambushed Newt Gingrich about Gov Palin’s daughter having the right to chose what happens to her body but if she is elected, she would allow the government to tell a woman waht she can and cannot do with her body. He had her offical statement that used the word ‘CHOICE’ and pointed out the hypocracy that Gov. Palin is displaying. Oh, it was funny how Newt tried to get around it, but, couldn’t.

I guess as one journalist to another Mr. O’Reilly does not respect a difference of opinions. His toes were stepped on and he felt he had to retaliate against her. Just because his show is on television does not mean his opinion matters more. He just gave her more free publicity than she ever could have imagined. I think she handled herself with a lot of restraint and made O’Reilly look like a bully in the process. I bet his people are working overtime to kill this story from making her look good and help swing the focus back on him, where I am sure he thinks it belongs.
