Jay Z was spotted entering the Biltmore hotel on Miami Beach where he had lunch with his wife BeYAWNce yesterday.
The rapper wore a crisp white tee with his baggy jeans down around his azz.
The Miami Beach police should have done their jobs and ticketed him for indecent exposure. I can’t believe a grown ass man of 40 years still can’t pull his pants up!
What makes it so bad is he has a belt on! What’s the point in wearing a belt?
How can he talk about raising kids when he can’t even dress himself at age 40? At what age does he think its appropriate to pull his pants up? 45? 50?
Nobody wants to see your drawls Jay Z!! Grow UP!
At least he got a hair cut.

Well, he is much older than TI, not saying giving Tip an excuse or anything but Jay Z is like 38 - 39…Its definately time for him to dress like a grown man..an Grown Azz Man actually. in 10 more years hell he’ll be 50..by then Im pretty sure Tip won’t have a problem with the transition
jeans are acceptable with a jacket and dress shoes, but I absolutely can’t stand to see a grown man in sneakers and white tees… so juvenile! I don’t even dress my 6 month old like that - onesies are more mature. LOL
I cant stand sagging, I think that is gay as F**k, I live in dallas, and I use to live in an area where it wasnt nothing but gay thugs, I dont have a problem with gays, it just pissed me off that these mofo’s are sexy and built real nice d a m n!

I CAN NOT wait ’til this generation of younguns realize how silly and STUPID they look showing their underwear, not to mention how uncomfortable it looks. Have you ever watched a young man try to run with his pants down around his knees? It’s too funny, they look mental. (I think a lot of our young folks are mentally challenged–who kills a person over a coat or a pair of shoes?) I will thank my God above when I see them dressing with belts, you know the apparatus that holds up one’s pants? (The young men wear their clothes 3 sizes to big and the young ladies wear their clothes 3 sizes to small. I’m telling you, CHALLENGED! (Not to mention having 3,4,5 babies by AS MANY different me) Don’t get me started!!!! Peace.

Come on people cut the malarkey. If he wear a suit people say that he is losing touch with the “streets” and if wears jean he needs to “grow-up”. What he needs to do is what appropriate for the setting and makes him feel comfortable. In the 90’s we let our jeans be a little baggy but I will admit the young’s today have taken it to a new level.

Is he supposed to wear a button up shirt? People act like 40 is so old when its actually the beginning of lifes peek. 20 year olds dont have a clue, 30 year olds are starting to buy a clue, 40 year olds have got the clue.
