IRS planning to investigate Baby’s million dollar birthday gift to Lil’ Wayne?
Lil’ Wayne celebrated his 29th birthday at a Miami nightclub on Tuesday night. But his mentor and “daddy” Birdman couldn’t come up with a suitable birthday gift to give Weezy, who already has everything.
Invited guests DJ Khaled and Akon looked on as Baby handed Weezy a suitcase stuffed with a million dollars in crisp hundred dollar bills. Witnesses say Lil’ Wayne was overcome with emotion as he threw his arms around Baby’s neck. But, surprisingly, the two didn’t share a kiss — at least not at the party.
I’m sure the IRS will be happy to see these photos though! That cash will come in handy when Lil’ Wayne hires lawyers to fight income tax evasion charges.
Earlier in the day, Lil’ Wayne, Akon, Young Jeezy, Khaled and others shot a music video on South Beach.

Why would baby Be investigated. He owns a multimillion business. I would assume his taxes are all paid up. Maybe Wayne will need to pay his taxes, Baby can use it as a tax write off.
The govenment likes to see your money in the bank(it’s called control)..when you keep it out like that it warrants questions..to think he won’t get scrutinized showing these funds, especially knowing his background and who Baby’s alliances are is naive to say the least

I will take foodstamps, gas cards, American money, euros, coupons, WIC vouchers, Section 8 vouchers, those fake ass “your name here” credit cards they send in the junk mail (in which I tear my name off of all of the papers and send them back via their OWN postage-paid envelope – try it sometimes it’s fun – LOL)and anything else somebody is offering.

Do they even print “foodstamps”? The company I work for use to send out prestamped survey cards. They quit when they realized many ppl mailed them back and did not fill out a damn thing. LOL.

Here in Ohio they have a food stamp card like a credit card and my friend has been selling WIC vouchers for years. Milk and cheese are high as hell. Truth be told the government considers me middle class. I don’t know where they got those figures from

Baby owns a multi-million dollar business which has been around for years and has put one of the best saling albums of the year. Also Baby JD and many other artist have plenty of videos them with hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash on Youtube.

Those hundreds of thousands of dollars you see in music videos and in the movies are fake. It is against the law to copy U.S. currency even on film. Furthermore, when you receive a cash gift over a certain amount, you must pay taxes on that cash gift or you can be charged with income tax evasion. It doesn’t matter if the person who gave it to you earned it legally. You must pay taxes on that gift because it is considered income. When Oprah gave her audience members cars as gifts the tax man was right there to collect the $6000 in taxes on each car because the cars were considered gifts. Please look it up if you don’t understand America’s tax code.
I work at an accounting firm and this spells S-T-U-P-I-D all together. Whether Baby has a multi-million dollar company or not, they are going to be so far up his and Lil’ Wayne’s a** now. You don’t just give someone $1,000,000 dollars and expect “big brother” to ignore it. Eapecially you being a black rapper in trouble with the law. Grow up people!
