Jennifer Hudson Tragedy Covers Mainstream Magazines

While actress Jennifer Hudson remains in seclusion in Chicago, a company that manufactures shotgun racks is being criticized for profiting off the murders of her family members.

The company sent out a news release Tuesday that asked, “Could a Bedside Shotgun Rack Have Saved Jennifer Hudson’s Family from Tragic Death?”

The rack, called The Back-Up is designed to fit along the side of the gun owner’s bed. The shotgun or rifle is hidden by the bedcovers. A tv commercial for the Back Up points out that “many customers are buying one for each side of the bed.” (WATCH VIDEO)

The release goes on to say, “Whether it is someone known or a stranger entering the home, too many people in this country are paying with their lives during these home invasions. The Hudson family is just one of far too many Americans gunned down in their own home.”

@pryn i read somewhere i think it was the chicago sun news, that he often was in charge of the cookouts the fam was famous for and enjoyed eating and was not ashamed of his weight even though he weighed close to 400 lbs.

he may not have been ashamed of it but but obviously the mainstream media is… i am pretty outraged he is not on the cover with his mother and nephew as if his life was somehow diminished b.c of his weight…

it was the tribune. i knew i had read it and did not imagine it. the mainstream media is full of subliminal messages. @10 i don’t find it a coincidence one bit that his head shot is missing when there is another article featured on the same cover entitled “fat war” and i cosign with pryn. if they didn’t feature it the black community wld be outraged….

See I need to visit the south for some good old fashion soul food.

I kinda hope J-Hud can come back from this tragic event. Her career may suffer considerably… why you ask?… Hollywood has limited acting roles for AA women. Jen got a shot and an Oscar but producers/writers/etc. were still hesitant to hire her for films. Now her family is viewed and a danger. What happens if they hire her and her family appears on the filming set. Hollywood will be afraid to walk around with the notorious Hudson family who was involved with some sort of criminal activity and the brutal murders will be the topic of conversation during promotions. The film will receive the back seat and that’s not going to sit well with directors or the money people behind the scene.

I heard about the hands yesterday. My 65 yr. old aunt has a friend that works at the county morgue and she told her they didn’t want to publicly release the information about the hand. I just didn’t want to put that out there. Also she said Jason was a paraplegic he had artificial legs and they had set up gain green(sp) or whatever you call it. So he was going to have some medical issues soon because he didn’t take care of himself. IDK!
