This is SAD. They should have had someone their to represent him, but at the sametime he's at the age where he knowledgeable to know the difference between wrong and right. Blame maybe his father (unfortunately he's dead) or any other adult who turned a blind eye to this boy and his obvious serious psychological state-there is no way he is responsible for what he did-did he know how serious the crime is he committed? To a degree, but the fact is we are dealing with a mentally disturbed child and there is no way he is responsible or could have fully comprehended the reprecussions of his actions or had any control over his mental state.
