New Music: Beyonce – Ego

This is supposedly Beyonce’s second single off the much-anticipated album “I Am”. This track is not on the 1st disc that leaked all over the Internets last week. It’s on the 2nd disc — the Deluxe edition which features additional bonus tracks.

Does that mean Bey’s 2nd single is a bonus track because there are no hits on this album?

I must say I love the track! It has a soulful 80s texture and feel to it, but then Beyonce starts to sing and she kills it — and I don’t mean that in a good way.

I heard the first disc, and it’s weak compared to her previous projects..this song is definitely a step up from what i heard on the first disc though, so hopefully the 2nd disc is where the anthems are.

I like Beyonce but so far the leaked songs are leaving me ambivalent. They are all forgettable.

if you don’t like her lack of substance then by all means go out and support the other singers with the substance you crave-

beyonce already stateds she did what she wanted with this project either you like or you don’t it’s a matter of opinion

beyonce is married, filthy rich, & successful if she sat down today and never appeared again she would have accomplished more than any of us have in an entire lifetime and she’s not even thirty!

She wouldn’t be the only artist to produce an album that some people didn’t like-it’s happened to many successful artist she’s no different.

I like it actually, and I like the others as well…just my opinion

These bubble gum chicks and dudes that has come out before her coming with this CD has messed a lot of people up. People dont care a d…! about talent anymore as long as the song has a beat and the person doing it is either cute or handsome.

When a artist comes out that has talent, she or he gets so much negativity (your opinion) to where it’s a shame.

This woman has been out promoting this new CD less than two weeks and listen to all this crap. While the other(s) has been out promoting theirs for almost 2years with no talent that is a known fact and people want to worship them.. ONLY IN AMERICA..

I see why people go out of the country to do their thing..

I feel like this, dont like, dont buy…But Beyonce is the only artist I will spend my hard earned money on…B-Day was excellent, The Beyonce Experience was off the chain and what I’ve heard so far from this one it’s great. I guess when you grow up and others stay in place you cant help but give a negative opinion…

I like her growth and her new style cause she always does her..And the poor girl always gives the for and against fans her 2000% effort…

lowkey….i think sandra is starting to like beyonce (probably always have) but doesnt want to fully put it out there….its ok sandra sometimes you just gotta give in lol

anyway i like the song…she rides the beat well and it sounds more r&b then her recent music..i’m with the others,if bey sat down bitches still wouldnt let her rest,from the stans down to the haters…so why should she?? Frankly i think people can still get their shine on while she’s out she isnt being overly glamorous like on the last album,she’s keeping it pretty cool and people still want to blame her for their lack of success…just bring it!

I would never have thought I would say that, but I’m like 30% a Beyonce fan. I love this beat and the song!!!

ok so i might have to check this song out if sandra likes it. the 11 songs that i have heard are pure garbage IMO.i usually can find one song that i like and i havent found one yet.

I’m also a 30% B fan, but I’m def feeling this song. I like “Single Ladies’ as well, feeling B’s new swagga….might actually purchase this one…MIGHT! I like her ok…but I support more undermined R&B artists, like Raphael Saadiq & Ms Jazmine Sullivan (love her!)
