Thanks to ICEDDOTCOM for sending over this video link which is supposedly a “sneak peak” at a “new” reality show featuring Dwight Eubanks, the flamboyant hair dresser and owner of The Purple Door Salon in Atlanta.
Dwight is best known for dishing advice to NeNe on Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta.
This video was posted up on YouTube way back in July. It is now November and we have not heard a peep about this show, meaning the show wasn’t picked up by any of the major cable networks.
I can see why after watching this video.
There’s something to be said for subtlety. If you know you’re fabulous, you really don’t have to go that extra mile to prove it. Others around you will see it and know it with very little effort on your part.

I like Dwight…he reminds me of a smart-ass auntie that think she’s the Queens Knees or something. He seems sincere in his advice he gives Nene. I’m sure he’s seen much in his lifetime…

Watching the show last night, i kept thinking Bravo will probably give him a show next. Say what you want about him but he is definitely ENTERTAINING. You never know what’s going to come out of his mouth.

Mississippi16 is so correct. Dwight is the funniest thing I have seen in a while. I watch the show thinking this mess is so ridiculious but when Dwight comes on I can’t help but laugh. While his own show may be a stretch, and maybe after watching an episode I would probably agree that he is only good in small doses, but he is funny as hell.

Honestly I think that if he gets a show it will probably be more interesting than Housewives and I would actually watch it.

i love this man and if he did have a show i would be glued to the tv. he is hilarious. i couldn’t control the laughter last night . he looks good for a 50 year old man and he didn’t need that horrible plastic surgery. i’m sure he was too hot to trot before the surgery.

i wouldnt mind watching him on TV! Style Network, Bravo, someone needs to pick this up. he needs better management, with the stuff thats out there, why not him!
