Brandy and Mario partied the night away at Investment Club Night at Luckie Food Lounge last night. Thanks to Investment Club promoters Botchey & Zae and Music Business Politics for all the love!

Brandy and Monica performed together for the first time in 12 years last night. This photo was taken at another event prior to Brandy coming out to Luckie. What should have been a momentous occasion for these two stars turned into a very tacky forgettable experience during to the unprofessionalism of a few. I’m not naming the event or the venue because there was a lot of unnecessary hating going on. I hear my name was being bandied about and I wasn’t even there! A couple of local female bloggers were rudely disrespected due to the fact that they might have been confused for me. The hating was perpetrated by staffers at the one time ratings leader, V-103, and folks at Brandy’s label. But we don’t dwell on the negativity here on Sandrarose.com. All I’m going to say is what goes around comes back around in due time. Oh, did I mention that Brandy’s new album, Human, is a major disappointment?

You hate Brandy’s album because its NOT PopN’B, Brandy is a real R&B singer unlike your precious No-Talent Rihanna, this is her MOST personal album to date, and only her TRUE fans can appreciate GOOD music so what she didn’t sell over 150k the first week, radio and the music industry has programmed us to like some of these so called artist “Talentless artist” some of us forgot about REAL artist and always saying “What happened to them they had some good music” nobody want to SUPPORT GOOD MUSIC. I understand people have different opinions about Brandy and her recent album and I can respect that. To each’s own, I will forever be a Brandy fan!!!

She worked with Ron Fair this time around. If you really listen to some of the tracks on the CD, she is really starting to sound real pop, pussycat dollish. In my opinion, it doesn’t work for her. THere are only 3 or 4 tracks that I did. I say wait for the bootleg man. BUT, whatever you do cop that Jamie Foxx and Anthony Hamilton. Those are solid efforts!!!
Brandy was on Steve Harvey like last week. She sang live with back up singers…why did it sound like the record? Brandy got skills.

seriously, most cd only have one or two singles on them worth listening two. non of the cds i got off the net wer worth buying. debra cox, areths christmas cd, avant, jamie fox….. all not good. the only one i was surprised was very good and it was the gospel group MARY MARY…. but its so”crunk” you will forget its a gospel cd.
@Mizz now I was with you until you felt the need to diss Rhi Rhi who stays minding her business. She knows as well as her fans know she is NOT the best singer by far but she is the new IT girl and she isnt going anywhere for a min. I like Rhi Rhis music and Brandys cd is solid but not as good as I thought it was going to be. I will say Brandys voice is sounding very strong and nice now.
To the person(im to lazy to scroll back up) who tried to dissed Monica. Her last cd was FIYAH! I still listen to it and she can out sing most R&B singers out today. CD sales have very little to do with talent as we all know by now.
I like K coles cd. She has grown and it works for her. Yes she had to start pulling a MJB and stop being so sad and blue all the time. I am feeling her transition much betta than I am Marys. I think she has 15 tracks and I only skip 3-4 songs.
