Sandra, I am a faithfully reader of your blog. I visit maybe 4 or 5 times a day. The other night I was watching the fight and seen Keyshia Cole and her terrible performance and terrible outfit, and all I could say is OHHH! I cant wait to see what Sandra would say. My friend said Sandra is not going to post anything negative on anyone she likes. Now seeing that you are the only blogger to not post this I believe that she has a point. If this was Beyonce, Ciara or Mariah this would’ve been your 1st post this morning. I’m confused on how a blogger gets so obsessed with someone that, you believe that person cant do no wrong or is it more like your scared of what Keyshia may say?? I’m confused, Ive seen Monica and Keyshia with alot of bad days that you don’t post. Well just call me a fan lost. My daily visits will be canceled.

I sit here wondering why so many readers who have nothing but negative things to say about my site keep coming back?

I didn’t make a post about Keyshia’s outfit or hair because I see nothing wrong with either. I used to wear my hair like that back in the day. And so did your mothers and your aunties when they were younger. And her outfit is a throwback to the glory days of the 50s and 60s when Etta James, Nina Simone and Lena Horne turned the Cotton Club out. Too bad you don’t know or appreciate your history!

We should be uplifting our truly talented artists like Keyshia Cole who don’t have to roll around on the floor to put on a great show. What happened to our community to make us so scornful and hateful toward each other?

My mama ain’t never wore no wig that look like that. My mama had the cool poofy ones with the flip and what not. Keyshia’s sorta looks like a tangled mess. I ain’t hating on the look though. It is not nearly as bad as her performance. Keyshia must refrain from singing live whenever humanly possible because the bottom line is she can’t sing. She does much better in the studio and that is where she needs to leave her vocals. Use some prerecorded stuff on stage. Everyone else does.

Now to the subject at hand. I do luvs me some K Co but I had to talk about my girl today. I haven’t been feeling her new jet black hair anyway and this look was not much of an improvement. I think the jet black hair ages her and most women IMO. I will give her a pass and hope she has learned her lesson after seeing this blog and others dog her out today.

you should be glad. i dont fear job cuts, i embrace them. know your worth, keep it moving. i suggest dusting off your resume. you should have at least 3–the real one that highlights your true experience and skill sets, the next one should be a slight variation…maybe your JOB was one thing, but with this resume, you’re selling the OTHER job you did as THE job…we’ll talk.

the final resume should be the “just to get me a job” resume, which typically requires you to dumb yourself down a bit so that you’re not deemed “too experienced” and assed out of the job. I have four resumes personally, but that’s just me.

how do I keep them separate? well, i have 2 phone numbers, 1 for each resume (the main two that i use). If i’m looking for a job and I have to use one of the others, I’ll put something like P.himout Taylor, so when they call and leave a message for me, i’ll know which resume they’re looking at before I call back.

It sounds ridiculous but I refuse to believe anyone should spend 8 months finding A JOB. you may spend that time or longer finding the job YOU REALLY WANT, but A JOB, oh hell no. give me a month tops and I promise you, i’ll have something. stay up.
