J Records did not clear the song so it was left off his album… Monica’s album will be str8 R&B and not hip hop…..Again, this is an OLD SONG recorded for Young Joc’s previous album…..

Wow this is the first time I’ve heard Sandra Rose throw something some what negative towards Monica. Anyways I like Monica as well she keeps it real and stays true to herself, fans, and her music and as someone else posted unlike Keyshia Cole.

I don’t understand why K Cole can’t grow and mature w/o being put down. MJB did it and to be honest I think K Cole did it betta musically and I luvs me some MJB but her music hasnt been as hot since her transition IMO but K Co new cd is FIYAH! I don’t mind any sista trying to come up and improve upon herself. Its not where you came from it where you at I believe thats how the saying goes.

On topic I luvs me some Monica she has always been grown and hood. Now she is classy hood and thats ok by me.

How did you manage that??

I didn’t plan my 2008 vacation all to well. I work remotely from time to time and planned on doing that each day after a holiday . However, rules were switched and they physically needed bodies in the office. Stock market is OPEN so we are too!

@ iyonah, me and my mom cooked. we did seafood/italian instead of the same ol’ traditional stuff that we just had for thanksgiving.

angel of mine is one of my fav monica songs also. i also like “get away” from “the makings of me” cd. her last cd was hot to me. i don’t know why it didn’t sell.

@ KAT — that is my song … Getaway — I had that on my Myspace as an anthem for like 5 months. I actually really like all of her albums. Mo is solid IMO.

I like the song w/ Key Co Keely. I can’t wait for the album. I actually had Still Standing in heavy rotation too.

@ iyonah, the song w/ her and key co is nice. key co’s whole cd is nice to me. i like just about every song. her and jamie foxx has been in heavy rotation since last week.

i made a baked ziti….i put hot italian sausage and shrimp in it, string beans, and seafood gumbo. my mom made her famous seafood salad, salmon, meatballs, baked cabbage w/ mixed veggies in it, and potato salad. we had chocolate cake, vanilla cake, lemon cake and christmas cookies for dessert. everything was really good too.
