Remember Diva Davanna from this video? Some of us thought she was a boy, but her mama is defending her baby girl and going OFF on users in her YouTube channel.

Davanna is a cute little thing. But what mother allows her 8-year-old girl to compete in Gay Ballroom contests at 3 in the morning?

If Davanna wins a cash prize then that constitutes income, and in that case, child labor laws comes into play. So why isn’t child protective services investigating?

I just want to know why she was up at 3 am. The only time my children have seen 3am is when we needed to take a long road trip and then they fell back asleep in the car.

Someone please tell me when 8 year olds stopped wearing jeans and hoodies and started wearing tulle and birdcages? This child has been exploited by parental manipulation in one of the worst ways! Even the over-obsessive pageant moms don’t put their girls in ho-heels! Ri-got-dayum-diculous!

i already said in the other post on this little girl (i never said it was a boy…) that i am not telling folks how to raise their chiren….BUT again…chirens need structure. they need a skedule. 8 year olds need to be in the bed by 9 p.m. and like i said….i think social services will agree.

I agree my 7 year old is in bed by 8 and my 11 year old is in bed by 9:30 and I mean they are sleep not just laying there lol.

@shunda…. my husband is home now at nights which is RARE…and lil mama who is almost 4 think cause her pappy there she is up til HE goes to sleep. i put her in the bed last night and went and caught my shower….and come back in and this little chick BACK sitting with her daddy…eating dagum potato chips and watching “house”…..!

i told him if he don’t put her little self BACK in the bed i am gonna make BOTH of them go to sleep. they walking down the hall and he whispering to her “you got us BOTH in trouble…”

I don’t even have to scream go upstairs anymore lol. Diva went to a sleppover once and came home mad because the girls put ice down her shirt (she was the first on sleep). I was dying laughing when she said I am not supposed to stay up late.

runaway love when she was about 7-8 used to pure ASK if it was time to go to bed. that is how i know kids be tired. she was with my sister one weekend and my sister said they were on their way back from the circus and she was like “hurry up auntie drive faster… i am ready to go to bed….”

girl my sister said it wasn’t even 7 p.m. yet and it was the summer so the sun was still out! LOL

Do we know how late those JonBenet Ramsey shows stay open? Hell YT folks get up on a Saturday, run a marathon, build a Habitat House, volunteer at the school PTA bake sale, take the kids to piano lessons, attend a soccoer game, tailgate at a football game, do laundry, grocery shop and finish a 500 page book by 7 am.

I dont think this is any different from ther child stars, I dont agree with it, but it seems if this is what she is gonna do its no different from other (now young adults) who began their career at an early age. If they investigate her mother, they have a long list to work. And oh yes, she IS walking on they ays!

That site is too much……….I will stick with simple debate because at least I laugh out loud on here, these people will think Im crazy when I burst into tears looking at that mess. The local news is depressing enough, everybody on there is sick and need they ays beat.

exactly keely. that is why i am gonna have to break from it again. too too sad. like i say a co-worker turned me on to it years ago and back then, folks used to be beasting OUT in the comments section. a few folks were like “that is my town i am going to stake out at the jailhouse…” etc etc. just crazy. i think they have started to moderate the posters up there a little more.

She never looked like a boy, she is a very cute little girl. And lil mamma is FIERCE!! She is good, dang. Looks just like a beatuy pageant ala Jon Benet, but not as pedophillic.

I agree that 3am is too late for a child to be up, but I’m sure she just would sleep during the day and do the show at night. No judgement. And if she earns any money, I assume its just like a child winning a talent show or pageant. Does not equate child labour.

WHILE I THINK HER WALK IS FIERCE, I HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THIS.

1) SORRY, SHE’S NOT CUTE IN THE FACE, SHE LOOKS DECENTLY CUTE WITH MAKEUP, BUT A NATURALLY BEAUTIFUL CHILD WILL BLOW HER OUTTA THE WATER, SORRY, IT’S THE TRUTH. AND IF HER MAMA CAN’T TAKE THIS HONEST CRITIC, THEN SHE HAS NO BUSINESS IN THE INDUSTRY..SOME PEOPLE DID THINK SHE WAS A BOY CAUSE HER FACE DON’T REALLY LOOK FEMININE.
