Even though it took him nine months to get in this world why shouldn't he have a name after his father. I'm truly going to pray for that family she is going to need alot of help until they find his body and can put him to rest. If that's the case then someone needs to be held liable. Even if that's not the case I feel the hospital should be held liable. We're looking at a picture of a woman holding her child. Now were being told that same child was thrown away??? Naw. Somebody f**ked up. I don't care if money was the issue. Maybe hospitals, or insurance carriers or what have you should have specific procedures when dealing with cases like this. And no where in that procedure should it involve infant being tossed out.
