People who couldn't afford houses were getting adjustable rate mortgages. Which means if you get a mortgage intially you'll pay about 800 a month and 2 or more years later your paying 1500 dollars a month and it keeps going up. These unfair lending practices affected minorities a lot more than White people and some would suggest they were specifically targeted for these types of mortgages. As I said before Clinton is the one who relaxed these practices so the fault falls on both the Democrats and the Republicans and just so you know the Repugs tried to fix this crisis years ago before it became so pronounced and Harry Reid and the Democrats blocked. Go read a darn book or the Wall Street Journal before you come in here trying to tell me something. If you ask me the Democrats are so well meaning towards minorities that it causes them to rush legislation and programs that end up holding us back and not moving us forward. I.E the welfare system. And learn how to express yourself without using curse words. I don't really see the point in having an intellectual conversation with someone who can only explain themselves using middle school words and logic.
