Biggie’s mom Voletta Wallace was interviewed by Free on Power 105.1’s The Ed Lover Morning Show yesterday morning (I know, I’m late).
Free asked Mrs. Wallace to speak on the drama involving Lil Kim who is unhappy with her portrayal in NOTORIOUS.
Everyone was a big part of Biggie’s life. But what it boils down to, this movie is not — and I repeat, is not about Lil Kim. I’m sorry that she felt that she was not portrayed in a very negative light…. she loved my son. There was no question about it.

Someone needs to ask Mrs. Wallace why she’s shunning Biggie’s oldest child, T’yanna, and the child’s mother these days?
Insiders are saying Mrs. Wallace is shunning them for purely selfish reasons.
Many are questioning why we haven’t seen T’yanna at any of the screenings or in promos for NOTORIOUS.
NOTORIOUS opens in theaters nationwide tomorrow (1/16).

Loyal reader Evelyn emailed me the above pics which proves that Biggie’s daughter T’Yanna, 14, did indeed attend the NYC premiere of the movie chronicling her daddy’s life. But the pictures don’t tell the true story. The fact remains that the relationship between Voletta Wallace and the child’s mother is estranged.

2005? How old is Ty…she must be about 18 now, either that or she is tall as hell. Anyway, I hope thats not the case Mrs. Wallace seems like good people. Maybe the babymama has an issue with her and doesn’t want Ty in the mix.
Perhaps there was a scheduling conflict.Or maybe Ty’s mom doesn’t want her child in the spotlight. Who knows?

The same way TUPAC’s EX WIFE [KEESHA/KEISHA] and SISTER never get any press is the same reason BIGGIE’s first baby’s mama and child don’t get hounded for interviews.
They don’t fit into the standard glossy hollywood bullish.
If any of these women were BLEACH BLOND, TUMMY TUCKED, STILLETO WEARING, GOLD DIGGERS they’d be all over the place. These women are most likely upstanding, working black women who have values and HOLLYWOOD doesn’t want to see that.
They need the Lil Kim’s, the Mac Breezy’s, the ass injected, video whore, gold digging, **** talking, half educated, sleep walking thru life sisters to justify and continue the head games they play on black women on a daily basis.
I saw the big girl being interviewed recently. For all we know the paps may not have zero’d in on her. I had never seen her before the TV interview other than very old pics from when she was a small child. I have never even seen the old photo you have posted. I’ve never seen the mother either except for in old pics. I’m sorry I missed the special on BET.

Mrs. Wallace and Faith actually bought T’yanna and her mom a house right next door to Mrs. Wallace.
I don’t know where u been sandra, but i seen the older chile…..just very recently as a premiere, w/ her grandma….so idk what u talkin bout……i’m just saying…that i seen her…..
She isn’t being shunned the media just focuses on Faith and Biggie Jr.
Now Mrs. Wallace did have this to say about T’yanna’s mother in her book.
T’yanna lost a father to whom she was close, and I have to watch her mother live off of my son’s resources. She is living a typical world of materialism and shallowness.
I have never approved of Rose because even when she and my son were dating, before T’yanna, I saw her for what she is. I didn’t see a woman with any goals, or a plan for her life.
However, I pray constantly that she will turn herself around and live to improve herself rather than live off some inheritance that doesn’t even belong to her.
I don’t think she’s shunning him b/c there’s an up-to-date pic of Tyonna on other sites with her grandmother… Maybe Tyonna’s mother doesn’t want her in the spotlight. CJ is cleary different b/c his mother is a celebrity and she was Big’s wife.
Now to whoever said Taylor Dior was the same complexion as Tyonna needs glasses b/c they are nowhere the same complexion…

That’s right, I did see that pic of grandma and her baby. I imagine that Mama Wallace feels the same way any respectable mom would feel if her son had a baby by a common hood rat who later was able to use her child’s inheritance rather than welfare to live off of. That’s how she described her in that excerpt aqtpie posted. Of course Biggie picked that hood rat to raw dog and he was a common low level drug dealer at the time himself. It is what it is and Ms. Wallace needs to accept it if she hasn’t already. The little girl is almost an adult now and mama won’t get to live off her money much longer. Based on what Ms. Wallace said, the woman has been spending and not saving or investing so she will end up in the street eventually unless her daughter decides to continue supporting her.
does it really matter if big’s mom has a relationship with his first daughter’s mother? i’m more concerned with her having a relationship with her grandchild. that’s who’s more important.

Really they should have put that girls money in a Trust or something so it’s not all gone before she’s old enough to spend it herself.
That is the issue that I remember that the girl’s mother was spending the money like water. Even the girl’s mother told that same story about how big’s mother and his grandmother did not like the way she was handling her daughters finances and complained all the time in the VH-1 story of his life. She specifically said she did not have a great relationship with them after Big died, because they felt she was too materialist. She said she just wanted the best for her daughter, and they complained she was just going to ruin the daughter. But she did state that they had a great relationship with the child they just felt she was too fiesty.

and as long as Tyanna is content with her upbringing, money, and family relationships then I guess noone should be worried…she’s not in the spotlight so I dont know much about her besides those 2 pics and the many different stories I’m reading. the kids are what’s important - i dont care wat issues lil kim has, ms wallace, or Jan just as long as the children are all being taken care of and not neglected. They need to ask Tyanna how she feels about everything and then everyone can shut up hehe.
