Celebs Out & About: 66th Annual Golden Globes Awards
Jay Z and Beyonce showed up together at the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California yesterday (1/11). Once again Beyonce literally busted out of her dress at the seams. That’s a shame because her Elie Saab embroidered dress was beautiful (for once). And her dazzling faux diamond necklace and the gold sling back shoes complimented the dress perfectly. Even her weave looks nice as she kept it simple. But Bey’s out of control curves ruined this dress.

The beautiful Taraji Henson wore this black chiffon, tiered frock to the 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California yesterday (1/11). Taraji, your stylist lied to you (again). Time to find a new stylist! I finally saw Benjamin Buttons over the weekend and I swear if it wasn’t for Taraji there’s no way I could have sat through 3 hours of that depressing mess. Anyway, Taraji had better win an Academy Award for her acting.

I missed some of the show. I take it Diddy did not win for “A Raisin in The Sun” because when he presented a award he looked lost/bitter.

as much as i dislike beyonce i CANNOT say she was busting out of anything. she looked nice except for her feet ( as everyone else mentioned). i am more surprised at the fact that her and her husband are touching. everyone looked nice as well.
did anyone see the movie not easily broken with taraji & morris chestnut? i thought it was a good movie. taraji was fab in that one as well. that kevin hart had me rolling throughout the whole movie.
I actually love Beyonce’s look completely! Chick was on point! Taraji made the dress work for her even though they could have given her something a lot better. They need to realize, chick is climbing the ladder with a goal set a A-list status…they gotta step it up!
I love Elie Saab dresses. Beyonce does look pretty but I am sure the photographers were waiting for a boob to pop out. The top of the dress should have been let out. Something is just wrong with Jlo’s dress I can’t put my finger on it. No comment to Diddy and Tracy.

Good morning all! Everyone looks good except for Beyonce and Taraji, and Eva’s bow almost ruined her dress. I too think Taraji deserves an oscar but I doubt if she’ll get it,s he’s going to have stiff competition.
I loved J Los dress although some felt it looked cheap it was still HAWT and she looked FAB!
I was not feeling Bs dress and that darn signature pose needs to go in 2009. Not the biz. I didnt think it was the worst dress but I just dont like her red carpet style never really have. I think her dresses are very old ladyish. I do like Elle Saab dresses though at times.
I liked Eva Longoras dress and Drew Barrymore. Drews hair was a mess.

When I say Bey last night I was mixed. I LOVE her necklace but the dress is both a hit and miss. I agree that she needs to put a kaput to the tight fitting shiny pieces for the GG’s. Her hair was nice too, I didn’t notice the shoes last night but yessss, they should’ve been a half size bigger.

You know, either I tuned in late or E! didn’t even show Taraji on the red carpet. I agree that her stylist needs to step it up or be replaced. Unfortunately Taraji wont pick up the Oscar this year because if one of the other Becky nominees don’t pick it up Viola Davis is the sista who has been racking up all of the awards for Best Supporting Actress for the movie Doubt.

Hello All. I watched the whole thing last night and it would have been great if there’d been more folks of color receiving awards and in the audience, know what I mean? WHITE WHITE WHITE WHITE WHITE (It was nice to see some Indian folks from Bollywood win for a change.) Beyonce looked good but she needs to take her hands off her hips and act more natural. (Sandra, she is a phony.) For the record, I wanted Robert Downey Jr to win for best-supporting actor. He was absolutely hilarious in TROPIC THUNDER, best comedy I’ve seen in a long, long time, and trust me, I’ve been around to see quite a few funny movies and this one is THE BOMB!!! I laugh every time I think about certain scenes and there were lots and lots of funny scenes. (Most of these movies I’ve never seen before.) Take care you’ll and KEEP HOPE ALIVE! there are plenty of show accessories you can buy for any type of shoe so your feet wont slide, rub, etc…
good show repair shops can work wonders for your shoes as well…
