Some of you emailed asking me to post a picture of my 2008 Jump Off of the Year, Nikki Nicole. Well, here she is celebrating her birthday with friends recently. Isn’t she pretty?

Nikki and Tameka “Tiny” Cottle have been BFFs for many years going back to the heady Xscape days.

This was before T.I. in case you were wondering.

Tameka doesn’t go anywhere these days without Nikki, who is an aspiring rapper. Sources tell me the two friends are tighter than bonding glue on hair weave.

it is a true story @shunda. all three worked for uptown mca (misa was a stylist kim was a secretary and puffy was a/r) and puffy and misa were in a relationship (justin) and then he was with kim behind misa’s back.

misa whopped that trick from what i heard. they were more than hanging homies i heard they were roomates.

Misa spoke about it in an interview with Wendy. She said when Kim came up they were friends thru another party but became close. This was b4 she was with Al B sure. Then when they broke up and Misa would complain about Puff to Kim. Kim would do play that “girl you need to dump him he reminds me of Al.” Role & before Misa coochie could snap back from the break up Kim was already getting hers broken in.

Long story short. Kim came from down south got with Al B. She knew a friend of Misa and that’s how they became close. When Misa & Puff were having problems Kim got in her ear. When they broke up Kim got with him.

i just went to nikki’s myspace page…prior to sandra mentioning her name i had never heard of her (or paid any attention)…there are quite a few pics of her and tiny and i recall seeing some of them in the past…i hope she achieves success as a rapper, especially since the game is wide open…her flow is similiar to shawna’s…i guess all (or most) publicity is good when you’re trying to get your name out there…
